bonjour Very nice house; well located on a very quiet street and 150m from the port, 30m from the shopping street. A small courtyard well equipped with garden furniture is at the back where one can rest in peace, store bicycles. The rooms are charming and the bedding is very comfortable. A small downside; in the living room 2 sofas are not very comfortable, they should be replaced according to the person who received us. Available, books, DVDs... In short, a nice stay. We'll be happy to go back if the opportunity arises. Friendships with Isabelle and Mne Heurtel who welcomed us very warmly.

Very good communication with Catherine, she was very accommodating and we had very good contact. The unit is very well equipped and great location. We recommend, you can go there without second thought!

Very quiet neighborhood, no noise disturbance whatever the time of day, a short walk from the port and less than a 10-minute walk from the city center as well as the historic center. I highly recommend this location.

Very well located house in the center of Batz between the beach and the train station that matches Wilfried's description. Numerous activities for children organized by the tourist office for holidays. We had a good time.

Perfectly located and very pleasant accommodation. You can get everywhere on foot (market, beach, seaside walk, restaurant and all services). Bedding is excellent and everything is provided in the accommodation for the stay. Bedroom and bathroom are upstairs and the spiral staircase is cramped. You just have to take this into account for people with mobility difficulties. Romuald was particularly responsive and friendly. The accompaniment was perfect and the environment was sublime. We would highly recommend this place and this area!

We had a lovely stay at Emmanuel's. ideal for a family with children, everything is available on site (games, bedding, high chair...) Atypical townhouse with charm and close to the port and the center! i recommend it!

We are delighted with our weekend in this home. We were able to walk to the center of Vannes. This place has a nice living room and a terrace where you can have a good time. We just encountered a problem with the sofa which was stuck and difficult to unfold, a bed would have been more pleasant to sleep on. We recommend this place without worries.

The house is perfect for weekends for families or groups of friends. It is very well equipped for large groups. Many bathrooms so very convenient. There is plenty of space. Quiet neighborhood.

Very good stay in this well-equipped cottage. It is located in a quiet area and close to the center and the port. We were 2 adults and 2 kids, and all 4 enjoyed this short stay in this house.

Very good stay with Jean-Marc. We were welcomed by Thierry who is Jean-Marc's brother. The place was great for us because it was closed for our dogs. Spacious accommodation is very well equipped.

Nice little house, really only 50 meters to the beach (to the water a little further at low tide). Pascale welcomed us very nicely in person, explained everything. He even had boards for the motorcycles on hand. Someone thought of everything. Also in the house. Great recommendation for the evening is the beach bar La Cabane only 400m away. Great stay. Gladly come back.

The house is lovely. Ideally located near the very pretty port of Pouliguen and close to plenty of pretty Breton places. We were with two young children and it was ideal! Thanks to Charlotte for her responsiveness and kindness!

Thierry and Bénédicte were very nice and very responsive, I recommend these hosts 100%, and the accommodation was Niquel, we did not have the opportunity to taste the Breton shortbread or the drink they had left us but it was very nice 😁 We'll come back if we get the chance!

Extraordinary accommodation! Frédéric is an exemplary host, very welcoming and attentive to us. He allowed us to arrive earlier than expected and leave much later since there was no tenant after which is very nice. The house is cozy, very clean and really very well-equipped. The mattress is extremely cosy. There is absolutely nothing missing in the house and kitchen. The garden is a little slice of heaven 2 steps from the beach. Free street parking is available on the street in front. Well done Frederic! We will come back as soon as possible.
