Elle est composée d’un séjour/salle à manger et d’une cuisine entièrement équipée qui donne sur un jardin à l’abri des regards et très bien exposé pour profiter pleinement du soleil. A l’étage, vous trouverez 2 chambres, l’une avec un lit double et l’autre avec 2 lits simples (possibilité d’en faire un lit double), ainsi qu’une salle d’eau avec un WC. Possibilité de parking gratuit à côté de la maison sans soucis.

Peaceful oasis by the water

The house is located in La Turballe, quiet with views of the salt marsh ponds. Les Bretons beach is 150 m from the house, you can walk there of course. You are also 800 m from the Port of La Turballe which is the first fishing port of the Pays de Loire... From the terrace of our house, you have a view of the ponds, which are at the bottom of the garden, you can admire egrets... herons... ducks... sacred ibis of the Nile........ House equipped with FIBER OPTIC.

Shower room, sink and separate toilet. The electric heater is completed by a wood stove (wood provided) .
