Dans un lieu préservé, à 5 mn du Golfe du Morbihan, charmant chalet au bord d'un étang en pleine nature. Rustique mais confortable : - chauffage par poêle à bois - linge de lit et de toilette - douche, toilettes sèches - produits ménagers et de toilette biodégradables Vous accédez au parc boisé, aux équipements communs (barques, boulodrome, ...) et aux équipements partagés : piscine (chauffée en saison) et sauna (avec supplément). Animal de compagnie : 30€ Ménage optionnel : 40€.

Character building, upstairs and/or downstairs accommodation

Two accommodations available, one for 4 people and the other for 3 people. For your peace of mind and comfort, if you rent one of the two, the other will not be occupied. My place is quiet in the middle of nature with horses, nice view of the setting sun. SAUNA: Private area available upon reservation, €25 for 2 people. 5 min. from Roche Bernard, a small tourist port. Beaches 20 mins away. close to La Brière, Morbihan golf course, the Côte de Jade. Renovated in an original way.

Zen villa, spa and enclosed garden, close to the beach

We offer a bright one-story villa with a spa bath (bathroom) and sunny garden. The beaches, the wild coast, the supermarket, the harbor with shops and restaurants are within walking distance in 5 to 10 minutes. The wooden terrace is equipped with sun loungers, umbrella, teak table. The garden with fruit trees is completely enclosed and not overlooked. The lapping of the water in the goldfish pond contributes to the serenity of the garden. Beds are made upon arrival.

House 400 meters from the port

The central location of this house favors "everything on foot" (beaches, marina, market, shops, multisport field...). The saltwater pool (9 X 3) is heated from April to October and is just for you! To enjoy your stay as soon as you arrive, the beds are made. Linens are provided with all the necessary maintenance. To discover (or rediscover): the medieval city of Guérande, the salt marshes, La Baule... but also the islands with immediate departures from the port.

Ideally located in the heart of La Turballe, on the first floor, facing the port with exceptional 180° views. The apartment is close to shops, restaurants, beaches and the pier to the islands of Houat, Hoëdic and Belle-Ile (in summer). It will be the perfect base for exploring the region: Salt marshes – Guérande, medieval city – La Baule and its famous beach – Brière Regional Natural Park – Small towns and characterful ports: Piriac, Le Croisic, La Roche Bernard.

Peaceful oasis by the water

The house is located in La Turballe, quiet with views of the salt marsh ponds. Les Bretons beach is 150 m from the house, you can walk there of course. You are also 800 m from the Port of La Turballe which is the first fishing port of the Pays de Loire... From the terrace of our house, you have a view of the ponds, which are at the bottom of the garden, you can admire egrets... herons... ducks... sacred ibis of the Nile........ This old and atypical house, very colorful and ideally located on the port, will welcome you on its 130 m² between the first and second floor. From all the rooms, beautiful view of the harbor and the sea, very nice location, 100 meters from the beaches. The house is in the heart of Piriac-sur-mer, a small authentic seaside village that smells of Brittany. On site, no need to take your car, all the shops are close by on foot. The market and the beaches too.

Charming country house 300 m from the beach

Small vacation home with lots of character built in 2014 on a pleasant wooded plot 300 m from the beach and 400 m from the village with all amenities. Functional and easy to live in on sunny days, comfortable and warm in the off season, we furnished it in the spirit of a 1960s seaside resort. An ideal place to recharge your batteries but also visit the Guérandaise Peninsula, the Brière, the Gulf of Morbihan or Belle-Ile-en-Mer (from La Turballe).

This vacation home overlooks the Atlantic and Sorlock Beach in Mesquer-Quimiac. With 3 independent bedrooms and a mezzanine dormitory for 5 children (ideally 8 people in total, up to 11 maximum), this is the perfect place for a weekend or a week's vacation by the sea with family or friends. Large wooded grounds, shaded terrace, sun loungers, ping pong, barbecue and direct and private access to the beach.

Charming renovated fisherman's house with garden

Charming salt worker's house renovated in 2020, quiet and with a closed and green garden, located in the village of Saillé in the heart of the salt marshes of Guérande. Ideally located, the bay of La Baule, the port of Le Pouliguen and the ramparts of Guérande are only 2 kilometers away. The village of Saillé has two renowned restaurants, a newsstand and a bread depot.

We welcome you to our old 18th century stone house with a large quiet garden where privacy is guaranteed. The house is located in the middle of many places of interest and excursions, 5 minutes from the medieval walls of Guérande, 10 minutes from the beach of La Baule and 10 minutes from the salt marshes. A very excellent bike route is 5 minutes away
