Superb, amazing, beautiful, are perhaps the three adjectives that are repeated when visiting this apartment also privileged. Large accommodation with magnificent sea views, the best apartment for rent in Sant Martí d'Empúries. Four double bedrooms, three bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, entrance hall, utility room and three terraces with sea views. When we open the main door, we can observe the sea, the whole gulf of Roses and a large part of the plains of Empordà. The entrance to the apartment is through the main terrace. The entrance hall distributes housing in two parts, one more noble and the other more functional.In this noble part, we will find a large living room and dining room with two large windows overlooking the sea and access to a covered terrace with fantastic views of the beach of Sant Martí d'Empúries and all the notch of the littoral. But also a master bedroom, huge, the most elegant room, with a large bathroom "en suite" and a third terrace, private to it. The functional part of this penthouse is where there are three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and laundry. All rooms have windows to enjoy the landscape, as well as views of the village, the plain of Empordà, the sea and beaches. We are certain that the people who stay in this apartment, will repeat their experience because this one really represents the image of an apartment at the sea, that all at one time we dreamed. I'm Eva Farré. ALBADA BLAU beautiful apartment with patio in the old neighborhood of Girona, next to the most emblematic monuments. Quiet area with restaurants and a wide gastronomic offer. A pleasant stay

Nice and cozy oceanfront apartment. We are on the 9th floor of a nine-story building. It is in a very quiet pedestrian area called "La Isla" There are parking lots near the house, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, gas station... In 5 minutes on foot you are on the beach. And in 7 - 8 at the train station. In just over 30 minutes you are in downtown Barcelona and a little more at the airport.

The apartment is beautiful and perfectly located to explore Girona. Christa responded quickly and always in a friendly manner to any questions we had. We especially loved the lighting in the bedrooms with dimmable lamps, the lovely garden, and the rooftop terrace where we enjoyed an aperitif and the sunset with a great view. Highly recommended!

Very pleasant apartment to stay in, spacious, bright, quiet. The environment is flowery, majestic palm trees frame the pool, the view is magnificent. Private parking space. all the equipment provided for cooking, tasting and resting. the walking distance to the many activities offered by Collioure. we have only one desire: to return to this apartment (rare gem) and continue discovering the region.

We had a perfect stay in this beautiful flat in Girona. The apartment was exactly as pictured—stylish, aesthetic, and immaculately clean. The location couldn’t have been better, just steps from the Jewish Quarter, with charming streets, history and great restaurants all around. Truly a gem—highly recommended! the restaurant Normal is nearby and was amazing.

Clean apartment, corresponding to the photos and quiet. Good communication with Claude. I will just say that the bathroom has a stale smell, at least during our stay but nothing insurmountable. The apartment is good. Great for visiting the area. It's not always easy to park in the evening, it turns around for a while.

This place is just as described. You can see the ocean right from the balcony. On the right is a beautiful castle where you can go for hike to get some breathtaking views of the area. The place has a supermarket right across the apartment. The beach is just downstairs and so are many cafes and restaurants. Bernard received us and was a very helpful and friendly guy. He gave us several local recommendations and helped us check in. My family loved staying in this apartment and would definitely want to come again.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was truly hospitable and made us feel so welcome. There was an issue with the wifi, and Josep worked diligently to find a resolution for us. The lift was also not working, which wasn't a problem for us. We loved having a locked garage to park the car. The apt is located at the end of a pedestrian street, so it was very quiet when we were there at the end of March, and the views from the balcony are just stunning. The town itself is very cute; we used it as a base to explore many other sites all within an hour or less away by car. We would absolutely stay here again.

the apartment is very well located, a few meters from the beach and a very nice square. The views from the bedrooms and the living room are lovely, and the terrace is a real asset. The apartment is pleasant to live in at 4, even in rainy weather. The only downside is that sound insulation is rudimentary, which bothered one of us.

Everything is excellent in general. The only bad thing is that if you have a car or luggage you have to get a permit to be able to park nearby to unload the luggage, otherwise you get a ticket, but if you don't have luggage and a car it's great. Lots of restaurants and shops around!
