Superb, amazing, beautiful, are perhaps the three adjectives that are repeated when visiting this apartment also privileged. Large accommodation with magnificent sea views, the best apartment for rent in Sant Martí d'Empúries. Four double bedrooms, three bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, entrance hall, utility room and three terraces with sea views. When we open the main door, we can observe the sea, the whole gulf of Roses and a large part of the plains of Empordà. The entrance to the apartment is through the main terrace. The entrance hall distributes housing in two parts, one more noble and the other more functional.In this noble part, we will find a large living room and dining room with two large windows overlooking the sea and access to a covered terrace with fantastic views of the beach of Sant Martí d'Empúries and all the notch of the littoral. But also a master bedroom, huge, the most elegant room, with a large bathroom "en suite" and a third terrace, private to it. The functional part of this penthouse is where there are three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and laundry. All rooms have windows to enjoy the landscape, as well as views of the village, the plain of Empordà, the sea and beaches. We are certain that the people who stay in this apartment, will repeat their experience because this one really represents the image of an apartment at the sea, that all at one time we dreamed. The apartment is beautiful and perfectly located to explore Girona. Christa responded quickly and always in a friendly manner to any questions we had. We especially loved the lighting in the bedrooms with dimmable lamps, the lovely garden, and the rooftop terrace where we enjoyed an aperitif and the sunset with a great view. Highly recommended!

appartement très agréable à vivre spacieux lumineux calme. l’environnement est fleuri ,de majestueux palmiers encadrent la piscine,la vue est magnifique. place de parking privé. tout l’équipement prévu pour cuisiner déguster et se reposer. la proximité à pieds des nombreuses activités proposées par Collioure. nous n’avons qu’une envie : retourner dans cet appartement (perle rare) et poursuivre la découverte de la region.

This apartment was in the best possible location, with stunning views over the famous clock tower and the surrounding countryside. Walking distance from train station and bus stops, as well as from all the amenities of Collioure. Well equipped but not fancy, it was perfect for our stay. Note that the apartment is on the 3rd floor so may be an issue if you have limited mobility.

We had a perfect stay in this beautiful flat in Girona. The apartment was exactly as pictured—stylish, aesthetic, and immaculately clean. The location couldn’t have been better, just steps from the Jewish Quarter, with charming streets, history and great restaurants all around. Truly a gem—highly recommended! the restaurant Normal is nearby and was amazing.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was truly hospitable and made us feel so welcome. There was an issue with the wifi, and Josep worked diligently to find a resolution for us. The lift was also not working, which wasn't a problem for us. We loved having a locked garage to park the car. The apt is located at the end of a pedestrian street, so it was very quiet when we were there at the end of March, and the views from the balcony are just stunning. The town itself is very cute; we used it as a base to explore many other sites all within an hour or less away by car. We would absolutely stay here again.

l'appartement est très bien situé, à qq mètres de la plage et d'une place très agréable. Les vues depuis les chambres et le salon sont ravissantes, et la terrasse est un réel atout. L'appartement est agréable à vivre à 4, même par temps de pluie. Seul bémol, l'isolation phonique est rudimentaire, ce qui a gêné l'un d'entre nous.
