Great place to relax with family. loved the BBQ options outside! Swimming pool together with the palm trees provide such a nice and relaxed environment. House clean and comfortable, recommended!

The house is just as shown in the photos. The location is a bit lonesome if you trust google maps. Although it is number 80, in Google maps you must put the 74. Everything was spotlessly clean. True, the cleaning rate is very high but the result is outstanding. The kitchen has EVERYTHING. Infinity of utensils for whatever you may need. The house in general is very well equipped with all kinds of amenities. We have undoubtedly enjoyed the house a lot, the tranquility of the area and how beautiful Spain is.

We had a pleasant stay. The advertisement is exactly what it is. We were greeted by Yvette, very friendly and understanding following our late arrival. We ate several times at the Che Loco restaurant which I recommend, quality, welcome and very good atmosphere accessible at 800m. Thanks to Kevin and Yvette.

It was a great place for a couple of very relaxing days. The hosts and off course the garden and swimming pool are great!

Faultless property and hosts. Photos on the listing don't do the place justice. It is beautifully designed with everything there you could need, all immaculately clean and the place smelt beautifully fresh when arriving. Check-in was great with a very friendly but brief tour, with all key information needed. The area is absolutely beautiful - 30minute walk to the beach through the nature reserve. The pool at the property is also beautiful - perfect for cooling down on a hot day and also exceptionally clean and tidy, all set in very well kept garden areas. There was another very nice couple staying in the other Fincha, and sharing the pool was no problem - we were both respectful of each other's space and found alternate times of day to use it and have privacy. We were here after a family wedding, but if we are ever in the area again we will absolutely come back. Can't recommend it enough.

Great stay to stay with 9 friends. Walking distance as well as several supermarkets. The heated swimming pool and sauna was a great added value.

Large and beautiful property in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The house was very clean, has a nice layout and had everything we needed. The private pool has the perfect size. The checkin was in person and went very smooth. We really appreciated the orange trees in the garden. Highly recommended!

Beautiful villa, very well kept, with private swimming pool. Possibility to have a heated pool, which is really a plus during the winter period. Impeccable layout of the villa, everything is well thought out for the well-being of the tenants. Quiet neighborhood near shops, restaurants, etc.... Together with 3 friends, I stayed in Sylvia's beautiful, cozy house. We had a really lovely time! The house has every comfort, clean, tidy and cozy. The beds are very good. We found the spacious, sunny garden with sunbeds to be a big advantage. It is also very nice that you walk into the village of San Miguel in no time; the supermarket, bakery and various cozy restaurants are within walking distance. The beach and shopping center are easy to drive to. In addition, the apartment is well insulated, we were not bothered by noise from the neighbors or from the outside. The communication with Sylvia has also been very pleasant. We recommend this holiday home to everyone!

Thank you Carmela and Berend for a beautiful place to stay. After a long day sight seeing it was great to come back to a beautiful tranquil house and area to relax. Communication with the hosts was excellent. The house was spotlessly clean from top to bottom. There was even an iron, ironing board, hairdryer and straighteners available. Thanks again. Very nice house, local to the port and shops Stayed end on march so little cold for the pool. But the pool an area was clean.

Due to an issue with a previous accommodation we had to find something else. Christian was very accommodating and helped us out with the transition. The place is stunning and has everything you can wish for. The beach and some restaurants are in walkable distance, but a car is still beneficial to explore the wider area. Altogether we really enjoyed our stay and can certainly recommend it.

Stayed here for 2 weeks with a group of friends and it was fantastic. Super comfortable beds, spacious rooms and great location. 30 second walk to the markets. The pool was absolutely stunning also. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great stay, perfect hosts, perfect communication. We highly recommend the house, it is very well-equipped. On the other hand, you need a car.

We have just come back from a 5 night stay at this villa and everything was beyond perfect! Antonio sent super clear instructions and directions a couple of days before our arrival, along with the house manual. We travelled with our 16 month old baby and all the equipment we needed was provided with no additional cost. We paid to have the pool heated (which I highly recommend!) as it meant our little one could enjoy it too without getting cold. The villa itself is super spacious and very clean and tidy. Antonio and Elena have provided lots of amenities to ensure you have everything you need for your stay. Antonio was super responsive and checked in with us most days. We had the best time making memories here and hope to come back again soon! Thanks so much 😁

We had a great week at this place. Ilona answered my questions very quickly and helped us. He left in the house 2 bottles of wine and water for us, very good detail. We would undoubtedly repeat

We had a lovely stay. Very typical house in a very good location. Nice neighborhood and close to restaurants and the center . It is very nice to be able to enjoy the two terraces well exposed and with a very nice view . Please note that the double beds are not wide .

We had a lovely stay at Alvaro’s place in La Mata. The house has everything you need to feel like home and we especially enjoyed the terrace. The location is great, close to the beach and a few minutes by car to a lot of restaurants and shopping areas. Finally, we would like to thank Alvaro for his hospitality, he truly cares about his guests.
