We have completely renovated this lovely house typical of Arcachon. We love to sit in the pretty armchairs on its wooded terrace, then go for a walk on the beach that can be reached in just 3 minutes' walk. You can also walk to the market as well as the heart of the city. The house (90m2) consists of a ground floor and 1st floor. There are 3 rooms on each level. On the ground floor, the kitchen, living room , bedroom and independent toilet. Upstairs, two bedrooms separated by a living room/TV area. Two bedrooms have a shower, washbasin and toilet. The other has a shower and sink. The floor is joined either by an internal staircase or an external staircase. On the ground floor each room opens to the 80 m2 terrace. The very pleasant terrace is furnished and offers a small kitchen area with sink and plancha. For your check-in, either someone will meet you or you can pick up the keys from the key safe. I will specify the terms prior to your arrival . I stay in constant contact with my guests before and for the duration of their stay The house is a short walk from the heart of Arcachon and very close to the beach easily accessible on foot. The neighborhood is residential and quiet, but has local shops for shopping. You can come by taxi from the station or also on foot.

Our typical chalet-style house is a must for spending a vacation on the bay, the place is a heavenly cocooning where every detail has been thought of so that you can relax and escape, a tropical and Mediterranean garden surrounds every corner of the house, it is located in the countryside of the Eyre valley near Arcachon and Pyla 5 km from the bay and 25 from the ocean with no neighbors or noise. Surveillance cameras are present in the parking lot at the entrance to the house.

Come and enjoy a charming house to stay on the Arcachon basin in peace and close to all the points of interest in the region. Located between the port and the market in La Teste de Buch, Villa Arnaga, was completely renovated in 2025, with comfort, charm and modernity. On a flat and landscaped grounds of 650m², you will enjoy a beautiful sunny terrace around a heated swimming pool of 9x3m, with its outdoor dining area and shaded pergola.

This stunning newly renovated villa with heated pool is conveniently located on the front lines of the Jane de Boy neighborhood, a natural gem at the beginning of the peninsula. You will be facing the Bassin d 'Arcachon and the state forest without any overlook. You can walk to the pool that you will see from the house. The famous Plage des Pastourelles is located around the corner. The market and all local shops are 700m from the house.

My accommodation, rated 2 stars by Gironde Tourism, is halfway between Acachon-Pilat and Cap Ferret. The bike path that surrounds the basin is 100 meters away. Shops are nearby and local markets are not lacking. The outbuilding has its garden, trees all in a quiet and peaceful area. It's a fisherman's hut, all wooden, reflecting the authenticity and spirit of the bay. The comfort is modern and perfect for spending pleasant moments.

The villa is located in a quiet subdivision, at the entrance to Cazaux (municipality of La Teste de Buch). Cazaux is known for its lake (2nd largest freshwater lake in France), but also for its proximity to the Bassin d 'Arcachon and the Dune du Pilat. The two-bedroom house, with kitchen open to the living and dining room, has a salt pool, a summer kitchen, a bocce court, and a shaded summer lounge in the back of the garden.
