We have completely renovated this lovely typical Arcachon house. We love to sit in the pretty armchairs of its tree-lined terrace, then go for a walk on the beach that we reach in just a 3-minute walk. You can also walk to the market and the heart of the city. The house (90 m2) consists of a ground floor and 1st floor. There are 3 rooms on each level. On the ground floor, the kitchen, a living room, a bedroom and an independent toilet. Upstairs, two bedrooms separated by a living room/TV corner. Two bedrooms have a shower, sink and toilet. The other has a shower and sink. The floor is reached either by an internal staircase or by an external staircase. On the ground floor each of the rooms opens onto the 80 m2 terrace. The very pleasant terrace is furnished and offers a small kitchen area with sink and plancha. For your arrival either someone will welcome you, or you can pick up the keys in the key safe. I will let you know the terms before you arrive. I stay in constant contact with my guests before and during their stay The house is a short walk from the heart of Arcachon and close to the beach, easily accessible on foot. The neighborhood is residential and quiet, but has local shops for shopping. You can come by taxi from the station or also on foot.

After a peaceful breakfast on the terrace watching the boats pass by, you can take a swim at the beach with direct access. The living room with kitchen bar which overlooks the sea, the workshop bedroom contribute to the charm of the apartment. A small cabin can accommodate one or two children. Everything is on foot or by bike thanks to the cycle path at the foot of the building. Thalassotherapy is just a stone's throw away. Our typical tchanquée cabin house is a must for a vacation on the basin, the place is a cocooning paradise where every detail has been thought of so that you can relax and escape, a tropical and Mediterranean garden surrounds every corner of the house, it is located in the countryside of the Eyre valley near Arcachon and Pyla 5 km basin and 25 from the ocean without opposite and without noise. There are surveillance cameras in the parking lot at the entrance of the house.

I am renting my fully renovated personal apartment, located on the top floor with elevator of a secure residence in the city center, close to Place de la Victoire, the tram and the train station. Its large unoverlooked terrace, garden furniture and deckchairs will welcome you for a tourist, romantic or professional stay. Very bright, quiet and functional, it also has a secure parking space and will allow you to enjoy Bordeaux and its region.

The villa is located in a quiet subdivision, at the entrance to Cazaux (municipality of La Teste de Buch). Cazaux is known for its lake (2nd largest freshwater lake in France), but also for its proximity to the Bassin d'Arcachon and the Dune du Pilat. The two-bedroom house, with an open-plan kitchen in the living and dining room, has a saltwater pool, summer kitchen, petanque court, and a shaded summer lounge at the back of the garden.
