We had a great time at the apartment offered by Mathieu. The accommodation is perfectly as described: clean, well-equipped, comfortable and very conveniently located. Communication with Mathieu was simple and efficient. We would highly recommend this place and would not hesitate to return on a future trip!

We had a great time Nathalie is always available to inform us The apartment is very very nice, very clean and very nicely decorated with a very nice terrace in the middle of nature where it is possible to eat as well as to relax in the garden furniture. Everything is planned to make us feel welcome, full of small touches: soap in the shower, as well as for the hands, a few coffee capsules, a bottle of still and sparkling water, tea, sugar, freshly made ice cubes... We just had a great stay! Quiet, a few minutes from Arcachon the accommodation was more than spotless and full of small touches. We'll be happy to go back.

We spent 4 nights there and felt very comfortable. The highlight of the apartment is the terrace, where you can also stay very well in warmer temperatures. The apartment is actually in the middle of the pedestrian zone, but that did not bother us. On the terrace, you can no longer hear the hustle and bustle of the street. Even at night, we and our 6-month-old son could sleep great, especially because the bedroom is well air-conditioned. Hania was always super easy to reach and responded quickly. She even agreed to send the forgotten garment! The only difficulty was the very narrow staircase to the apartment, which was a bit complicated with a stroller, as it could not stay downstairs due to the narrow hallway.

Great place to stay, as shown in pics. Contact was friendly and Julia helpful at all times. For the car it had a parking hall with elevator and we could also lock the bikes in one room.

The apartment is very well thought out, decorated and equipped. The building includes direct beach access via the parking lot and you can reach the center in 10 minutes on foot. Check-in and checkout are very well managed by Hélène who is very responsive I recommend it without reservation!

Great stay. The apartment is ideal for a couple, with a child. The bedding is comfortable, there is almost everything to spend a beautiful week. Relaxing bathroom, small balcony perfect for dining. Private parking space but I admit we were lucky that the building is almost deserted, access to the square with a large car can be complicated. The location is ideal, about 20 minutes walk from the center We are starting to host next year's vacation and have already found our Airbnb Check-out is autonomous, after returning the apartment as we arrived: perfect!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is ideally located to discover the Arcachon basin. The house is perfectly equipped, very clean and tastefully decorated. Everything is well thought out to simply put your things down and enjoy. The pool and the outside is a real plus. It is heated and we took advantage of it every day. The environment is very quiet, no noise around. Thanks to Valentin, who manages the rental. He was able to advise us on the surroundings and is very responsive.

Excellent family stay in a typical Cap Ferret hut. The location is ideal, a stone's throw from shops and with sand between your toes, the sunrises are magical! The house is very comfortable and fully equipped. The outdoor shower is a must. Thanks to Christel and Marie for this stay. We'll be back!

Charming typical house of the basin almost on the dune that is accessible directly on foot from the house avoiding the crowd and the problems to park. Incredible view of the basin and the Banc d'Arguin. The sunset from the terrace was magical. The house is very spacious, perfectly furnished. The kitchen is very well equipped, not to mention the ideal plancha for cooking fish on the terrace while enjoying the view. We had a magical time with the family. The only downside is the music you hear in the evening from the restaurant/bar La Corniche located just below. But you can cover the noise with your own music thanks to the house's Bluetooth speaker. Thanks to Frédéric for hosting us and for his constant availability. We'll be happy to go back!

Nothing to say about this accommodation! Everything is in accordance with the photo! Everything is dreamlike, like the photos you have behind your screen!
