We had a great time. Franco welcomed us with such a friendliness and courtesy that we felt right at home. The apartment offers everything we could ask for. It’s not a luxurious place, but it’s made with love and personality. We would come back anytime and recommend this airbnb to everybody who doesn’t need bells and whistles, but a familiar atmosphere and a well designed apartment.

A bit of a walk uphill with the luggage to get there - but completely worth it for the stunning views and peaceful location. We had plenty of room for 5 adults. Be sure to have a dinner at Billy’s- the food and atmosphere are fantastic! I hated to leave and can’t wait to return. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay in Cinque Terre, Bracco at Stefano's place was great. Stefano and his family were very nice and welcoming. Check-in went without any problems, Stefano explained everything to us perfectly and guided us. The apartment was clean, we had everything we needed and the view of the bay is unique. The place of accommodation is very convenient both for a trip to the Cinque Terre and for trips to the sea and swimming. We highly recommend the accommodation.

We had a very nice holiday in La Spezia and the Cinque Terre. The apartment had everything we needed and it’s well situated. Nicolas was very kind and allowed us to drop off our bags before the chek-in time and leave them after check-out at the end of our stay.

Everything was perfect! Friendly and very helpful host. Flexible with Check-in. Easy and fast Communication. Very clean, quiet and spacious. Good located, close to railway-Station and to the City Center. We would definitivly recommend the place!

We spent a wonderful 8 days in the apartment. The apartment was in a very good and well maintained condition. The apartment is modern and we felt very comfortable from the first minute. As a family of five with dog companions, the apartment offers enough space with its three bedrooms, a large living room and kitchen-living room as well as three balconies. The beach and promenade are within walking distance in about 5 minutes. Despite its direct location by the sea and promenade, it is very quiet as the building is located on a side street to the marina. From the balcony, you have a unique view to the sea. Around the corner of the apartment is a small grocery store where you can buy very good and fresh food. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back at any time.

Beautiful villa on a hill, with stunning views of the coast. The house is lovely. The furniture is a little old , but functional. An individual bathroom for each bedroom. Possibility to accommodate 12 people (8 in the main house and 2x2 people in two small annexes with kitchen and bathrooms) Beautiful and large pool, well maintained (unfortunately the waterfalls visible in the photos no longer works). Private, old, but functional tennis court. A little paradise for a holiday with friends or family. The downsides: - Communication as to the reception of the key was not at all clear. Which was a little scary. In the end, someone contacted us on the day by text message, and everything went smoothly. - the significant cleaning fee of €820 required to be added to the rental price. - the situation removed from the house is pleasant, but requires the use of a car for travel.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. Close to the beach, everything was close by. We stayed here and visited Cinque Terre and Lucca. Would definitely recommend this lovely home.

a really great place to stay if you want to take a look at the site nearby with a few friends like for example. Pisa, Portofino, Genova, La Spezia or want to go to different beaches... down in the city there are really many nice and cheap restaurants you have a beautiful view of the sea/harbor during the day and evening. only to recommend

A house located on a hill, overlooking a marble quarry (I recommend taking binoculars) and a bay with the city. A well-maintained garden with a chest pool, sun loungers with an umbrella, a terrace with a view, hammocks. A large house, two living rooms, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen that was missing. There is a children's play area and a mini gym. An Italian-style interior from the 90s and it's important to be careful of marble, which is everywhere: Staircase, kitchen counter, floors, accessories. The host is very attentive to him. Contacting Laura hassle-free. We had a problem with mosquitoes, she bought us sprays and a device. The neighborhood is quite poor, the average walk is steep.In the surrounding village there is a beer bar, a shop with a small assortment, a bakery and a pharmacy. Cons: steep, winding, and narrow entrance. A leaking hot tub on the balcony, weak internet, you can't use Netflix, a clogging shower upstairs. Unpleasant smell of musty. We are happy to come back here for sure.

The house was spacious and well located. It had 3 bedrooms and 4 beds, a well-equipped kitchen, a large living room and also a private parking space for the car we rented. The owner was very helpful and attentive throughout the stay. It was a great choice for our trip
