Vacation rentals with a fireplace in La Spezia

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und gepflegt. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügte über ein eigenes Badezimmer und eine Klimaanlage. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und eignete sich zum Kochen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der grossartige Infinity-Pool mit einer atemberaubender Aussicht. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Der Strand und der Bahnhof sind etwa 15 Minuten entfernt, allerdings ist der Weg dorthin steil und mit vielen Treppenstufen verbunden. Die Zufahrt zum Airbnb erfolgt über einen schmalen Weg, der mit dem Auto erreichbar ist, jedoch nicht für tiefgelegte Fahrzeuge geeignet ist. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und hatten unvergessliche Ferien. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Eine schöne Unterkunft mitten in dem Bergdorf Volegno. Man hatte die totale Ruhe und einen super Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oder auch mit ein bisschen Fahrt zu verschiedenen Stränden und Städten. Es gab jeden Morgen frisches Gebäck zum Frühstück und allgemein war Elisabetta sehr hilfsbereit. Eine tolle Unterkunft, um tagsüber unterwegs zu sein und dann abends dort zur Ruhe zu kommen!

Un vrai petit paradis. Un accueil chaleureux par Manuela. Je recommande vivement !!! Nous venons de partir et rêvons d’y retourner!

Notre séjour chez Rita a été parfait. Son appartement, son environnement sont parfaits pour un départ de Levanto pour visiter les cinq terre. Rita est très agréable et toujours présente si nécessaire avec une petite attention à notre arrivée et de bons conseils. Très jolie maison agencée avec gout et fidèle aux photos et descriptif. Rita a une magnifique collection de BonsaÏs . Nous remercions Rita pour cet agréable séjour et je recommande fortement cette adresse si vous voulez visiter les cinq terres.

Quel beau séjour nous avons eu. L’endroit était merveilleux. De beaux jardins fleuris, une vue époustouflante sur la mer. il y avait deux cuisines très fonctionnelles dont une extérieure très pratique pour assister aux coucher de soleil. Le quartier était paisible. Nous avons enfin pu décrocher et se reposer. Non loin d’un petit village Lerici. Selon nous encore mieux que Cinque Terre. Ne cherchez pas ailleurs! Si vous souhaitez vous reposer dans un endroit paradisiaque entre amoureux, ce fut un vrai coup de cœur!! Nous reviendrons certainement!! C’est la première fois que nous trouvons que l’endroit est encore mieux que sur les photos!! Merci à nos hôtes qui nous ont assistés tout au long de notre séjour.

Due giorni di relax e pace. Posto bellissimo. Casa attrezzata di tutto . Appartamento piccola ma allo stesso tempo,spaziosa. Il letto comodissimo. Zona bellissima x fare delle camminate. Ovviamente x arrivare al mare ci vuole la macchina. L’unica pecca, se una ha la macchina grossa è che non si riesce ad arrivare direttamente davanti alla casa perché la strada è stretta . Ma questo è stato comunicato in anticipo. Non abbiamo avuto problema. Grazie mille Maria Victoria x tutto. Torneremo sicuramente. Un saluto anche a Shaggy , il cane di casa. Simpaticissimo.😍

Nous avons passé 5 jours merveilleux chez Maria Grazia ! Le logement est magnifique et la vue éblouissante. C'est très paisible et on y dort très bien. Maria Grazia est très à l'écoute et réactive. Nous avons été parfaitement accueillis. Le jardin est agréable pour tout le monde, y compris notre chien. Le four à pizza extérieur nous a beaucoup plu ! La situation est à la fois calme et proche de Lerici à pieds. Lerici et les villages environnants n'ont rien à envier aux cinque terres car ils sont magnifiques et loin de la foule ;) Nous recommandons totalement ce logement.

We loved Luca’s place. It’s a spacious apartment with an amazing view on the sea. And we loved Corniglia, it’s the most quiet place in Cinque Terre and is perfectly located to go hiking around. It also has what we thought was the best rocky spot for bathing and swimming (and it’s just a few steps from the apartment!). Luca is a nice host and has given us great recommendations (the bar/restaurant on the way to the sea is a must!). We are still dreaming about our week there…will definitely come back!

This Airbnb is beautifully located in the Tuscan mountains, with an incredible view from the beautiful garden. The apartment was perfectly clean and very spacious, and furnished in a classic Italian style. The kitchen had all amenities needed, and even some supplies for our first breakfast! Lucia was very kind and super flexible with our late arrival, gave great tips for the area - all in all, the perfect hostess. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

Logement très propre, spacieux, fonctionnel avec une vue magnifique. La piscine est superbe stt par temps chaud et permet d'éviter la foule des plages. Les extérieurs permettent de profiter des soirées et de la vue. Nous aurons plaisir à revenir.

Wir hatten das große Glück, ein paar Tage in dieser liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Unterkunft verbringen zu dürfen – und es war einfach rundum perfekt! Schon beim Betreten des Hauses spürt man, wie viel Liebe in jedes Detail gesteckt wurde. Die Räume sind nicht nur stilvoll, sondern auch sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, sodass man sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und wohlfühlt. Ein besonderes Highlight war der wunderschöne, gepflegte Garten – eine wahre Oase der Ruhe und nicht zu vergessen der wunderschöne Pool der zum entspannen einlud. Zwischen blühenden Blumen, alten Olivenbäumen und liebevoll gestalteten Sitzplätzen konnten wir wunderbar entspannen und die Natur genießen. Man merkt sofort, wie viel Liebe und Hingabe in die Pflege dieses kleinen Paradieses fließen. Nicht zuletzt möchten wir die außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit der Vermieter hervorheben. Sie haben uns vom ersten Augenblick an mit großer Gastfreundschaft empfangen, waren jederzeit hilfsbe

Je crois que c’est le meilleur logement Airbnb que j ai fait de toute ma vie ! Tellement agréable de rentrer dans ce logement propre , bien rangé, avec une vue somptueuse du balcon sur la nature ! Les merveilleuses attentions dans le logement ! La literie au top! La douche incroyable, eau chaude parfaite avec décoration en pierre ! Je recommande ce logement à tous pour visiter les 5 terres ! le logement est vraiment splendide et rien ne manque. Idéal après des journées de rando ou la foule ne manque pas. Être toutefois un(e) conducteur (trice) qui maîtrise la conduite en montagne. Très belle expérience .

Paola è stata l’host perfetta. È stata disponibile al nostro arrivo in tarda serata, ci ha fatto trovare tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno. La casa è fornitissima, ha tutto ciò che serve. Ha un bellissimo panorama e terrazzo giardino. Sebbene la strada sia stretta, è facilissimo arrivarci. Consigliatissimo soprattutto per chi vuole stare lontano da città o dal caos delle spiagge. Posto in cui sarà bello tornare

We stayed for 4 nights and never had a bad moment. Getting to the train was easy. Walking along the trails was amazing, the pasta downstairs is a win! We had crepes every day for breakfast. Swimming to cool off before relaxing on the balcony with local wine was a win!

Beautiful home! Easy to find and Alessandro was extremely communicative through the entire process. Would highly recommend for a family looking to explore Cinque Terre, nearby beaches or Lucca. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful old house. The property has much character, original details, and a peaceful, timeless atmosphere. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What really made it special was the view — absolutely breathtaking. Whether we were enjoying coffee on the terrace or winding down in the evening, the scenery was a highlight. The host was responsive and friendly, and check-in was smooth and easy. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a quiet retreat with charm and great views. Would definitely come back!

super liebe gastgeberin und immer gut erreichbar, sehr saubere wohnung, der ausblick ist wunderschön - gibt nichts zu meckern, bucht euch die unterkunft wenn ihr la spezia oder cinque terre besuchen wollt!

Nestled in the mountainside is the Tuscan stay of your dreams. In a villa designed by a renowned architect, you are surrounded by not only incredible views of mountains, valleys and the sea, but also have stunning accommodations. Every detail has been thought of in this home from comfortable living spaces, to luxe fireplaces and high quality beds. We highly enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous villa. One of the best parts of the time we spent here, though, was our wonderful host, Letitzia. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly helpful and welcoming. She went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic when one of our guests was ill, bringing meals to her while the other guests were out. Additionally, we can't recommend enough joining the dinner sessions they offer for guests throughout the week. The food was incredible and the atmosphere was exactly what you would want from a home cooked meal in Tuscany.

This Villa was by far the best Airbnb we stayed in as part of our family vacation to Italy. We are a group of 9, including 1 baby and 2 small children, and the Villa was perfect for our stay. The grandchildren enjoyed swimming in the pool and the patio was perfect for our Chef prepared dinner. Thomas and Enrico were amazing hosts and super responsive to any questions. The Villa is walkable to the Towne Center, train station, and grocery store. We HIGHLY recommend the Villa and hope to be able to return someday.

Dilletta was a very polite and responsive host. As a family of 4 adults and 2 children, We felt the home was very accommodating. The 2 children each had a nice size bedroom. The views were beautiful and the outdoor patio was very relaxing. Because we had been traveling we were able to wash a few clothes and hang them to dry outside on a spacious clothes line. I only have 2 constructive suggestions, providing a portable fan in each bedroom would help w/ the doors being open and keeping flying insects out. The second suggestion is to weed the front garden area. The trees and flowers were beautiful and some weeds were starting to take over. All and all we would recommend staying here again. Merveilleux séjour dans cette villa de rêve à la vue imprenable et aux extérieurs magnifiques. Lorenzo est très accueillant, disponible, reactif et gentil, je ne saurai que recommander cet endroit où nous avons passé 5 jours inoubliables. Les intérieurs sont également très fonctionnels, tout était très propre et bien pensé !

We had a great time in Giampis house. Beautiful garden with a nice swimming pool, and we especially liked the kitchen outside in the upper house, which we could use also when it was raining. Great surroundings, great view, walking distance to shops and good restaurants in the small, peaceful town La Gracie and 15 min walks to the more touristic, but beautiful Portovenere. A great base for tours in Cinque Terre, with ferry from Portovenere or bus into La Spezia and train from there. We came without car, no problem at all to get around. Giampaolo is very friendly and helpful and gave us good advices where to eat and to do our shopping, and how to get around. We will absolutely recommend Giampaolos place, either for a relaxing or for a sportive vacation, or even better, both!
