We had a lovely stay. Everything was as advertised. Close to the sea and on bus route, we travelled into Alicante and Santa Pola easily. It was quiet because we visited out of season but we found plenty of places to eat. Owner very pleasant and responsive. Thanks for letting us stay x

Acabo de celebrar mi 40 cumpleaños en el edificio Intempo y no puedo estar más satisfecho. La experiencia ha sido simplemente inolvidable. Desde el primer momento, el trato recibido ha sido impecable. La atención al detalle, la calidad de las instalaciones y el entorno de lujo crearon el ambiente perfecto para desconectar y disfrutar con mi familia. Destaco especialmente la tranquilidad que se respira en todo el edificio, algo muy valorado cuando uno busca descanso real. Las vistas, la limpieza, el diseño interior y las zonas comunes superaron con creces nuestras expectativas. La combinación de confort, exclusividad y elegancia hicieron de esta estancia una celebración verdaderamente especial. Repetiremos sin duda. Gracias por hacer de mis 40 años un momento tan especial.

L’appartement est neuf , spacieux et très bien équipé pour passer de très belles vacances en famille afin de visiter et découvrir la région. La terrasse avec vue sur mer est un atout majeur, on se fait bercer par le bruit des vagues non loin. Son emplacement est idéal, très bien situé pour moi. Pour ceux qui aiment la plage elle se situe à quelque mètre de la résidence. Vannessa est très très professionnelle, toutes les informations qu’elle m’a communiqué m’ont été très utiles aussi bien sur les détails de la location que sur les belles choses à faire aux alentours. La grande piscine et l’espace SPA étaient à notre disposition même tardivement, un véritable plaisir pour les enfants. Le logement et Vannessa pour son sérieux sont à recommander. Au plaisir de se revoir.

Como en casa! Estuvimos muy agusto con nuestro perrete, la verdad que tiene de todo y para pasar unos días está genial. Pudimos disfrutar de la piscina porque hacia muy buen tiempo. Cerquita hay una piscina para perros también :)

Lovely private place to spend time relaxing with family (4 adults & 4 children) with lots to do for the kids, not a single mention of them being bored throughout the whole 10 nights stay, which is highly unusual 😂 The outdoor BBQ area was the star of the show on most evenings! Just a few minutes drive to and from shops such as Carrefour and Aldi, so everything you could possibly need for your stay is easily accessible. The host is extremely friendly, helpful and responsive for any required needs. Would highly recommend this host and property to anybody wanting to stay in Elche for a relaxing time away from normality.

The best apartment ever. We've been there for 5 days. We had pretty good experience at all times there. We lost the keys and they moved so fast and give us help. Online help works all the time and ready to make our trip better, so fast replies.

fantastic place to stay, right on the coastline. easy to walk between the old town and new town of benidorm. very secure building, felt right at home. will definitely be booking again! highly recommend.

El piso se corresponde en todo con lo detallado, 3 cuartos amplios , 2 wc completos , salón con terraza… Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días sin problema. Todo muy limpio , camas cómodas . A la vuelta de la esquina hay un súper , 3 panadería/pastelerias, y un poco más adelante el paseo marítimo con infinidad de opciones para comer. Se encuentra en 2 fila al mar pero son 5 min andando y llegas a la playa , de arena y muy buena para niños. Tiene garaje para un coche grande que facilita todo. Roberto estuvo pendiente de nosotros y contestó rápido a mis preguntas. Tuvo flexibilidad en los horarios . Vino a darnos las llaves y enseñarnos todo el piso . Muchas gracias por todo y espero vernos pronto porque volveremos sin duda
