Everything was very clean and tidy. The images reflect well as the house is.

We loved the house. Quiet area with a nice garden to enjoy. Heating that warms the house well and you don't notice the cold even when sleeping. Tommy was very attentive from the start.

We loved our stay at Gustavo's home. Such a unique and artful place in the most beautiful neighborhood by Retiro Park. He was an incredible host, kind, accommodating, and very responsive. Would love to stay here again.

Our stay at Carmen's house has been an unforgettable experience. Carmen is a perfect and caring host, and has been tremendously kind and patient with us. The house is like in the photos, ideal for a stay surrounded by nature. The location and surrounding landscapes are amazing. The location is ideal for those looking for tranquility, although there are also many possibilities of entertainment and amusement nearby. The house is perfectly maintained and nothing is missing. Everything's great at Maribel's apartment. Although it is not in a super central area, there was a metro station very close, so it was easy to get around Madrid. We found everything we needed in the neighborhood. We were very comfortable!!!

Typical Madrid apartment in a quiet and very conveniently located neighborhood. Absolutely loved the park with extensive playground right around the corner. Shops, restaurants and sights within walking distance. Several bus stops connecting to the rest of the city close by. As most rented out apartments, it's a ground floor apartment. Very cool in summer but a bit chilly in spring. Not a problem since blankets and heating are provided.

This apartment is very well located, the area is centrally located, quiet, the bus goes through the street where the apartment is and has a Mercadona one block away. Pablo is very friendly, friendly and was always aware of if we had any questions. The apartment as such was very clean and we had everything we needed to have a good vacation. 100% recommended.

The house was very clean, it had everything you need to have a very pleasant stay. The hosts were very accommodating,with quick and detailed communication, pending in case we needed anything. The area is very nice. I would recommend staying in this house.

A great quirky bijou base for a stay in Madrid. However, the internal stairs in the apartment is very steep and and requires care. It would not be suitable for those with any difficult walking..

Well-equipped and clean apartment, equipped with all comforts, a 10-minute walk to the metro stop. Martin, a very helpful host, left us a welcome package with snacks and drinks.... I recommend it

This apartment was great! We were a family of 4 adults, 2 children and a baby and had plenty of space. We used the kitchen every day and was perfect for us. Plenty of room for suitcases and a great walking closet. We enjoyed it very much. We would like to come again!
