Xavier's apartment is in quiet neighborhood but still close to city center. He is nice and quick response. The apartment has everything needed for a trip to La Rochelle. Would really recommend it.

Nathalie allowed us to check in a little earlier. We enjoyed not being absolutely dependent on absolutely imposed schedules. Stay from July 20 to 27, family with 2 children. Nice apartment, very well equipped with optimized space; compliant with the presentation and photos. Impeccable on arrival (tidy, clean) and provision of cleaning products. Very good location (close to the beach, port, shops...) and quiet of the residence appreciated. However, small difficulty in finding the exact location (GPS note problem?); but very responsive host and "problem" resolved quickly. We had a pleasant stay in this place.

The accommodation is great, clean and good surface area for 2 people. Its proximity to the beach and the small activities in the city center is really great. Jacques hosted us very warmly, with advice on the surroundings as well as nice restaurants, with very good responsiveness on my questions before coming. I would recommend it and would go back there without hesitating.

The accommodation is very well located in the center of La Rochelle: it is possible to do anything on foot. The apartment is very clean and has all the necessary amenities. Sarah is also very welcoming and accommodating; especially on checkout time (we were able to leave our luggage in the accommodation until early afternoon.) We recommend this place for a stay for two in La Rochelle.
