My place is 300 m from the beach and the village on foot. Cozy and pleasant, a true haven of peace. It has its own private entrance through the garage. It is located on the ground floor of the villa (pool level). It is in a villa. In a fenced property, you will enjoy the sea air, the squirrels in the fir trees as well as the convenience of an active village with its port and shops. You'll love my place because of the location, the comfort, and the tranquility, as well as the sound of the sea!

It is reserved exclusively for hosted tenants. (the pool is open as soon as the temperature and weather conditions permit).

Leisure activities (shared swimming pool, foosball, ping-pong, Vendée shuffleboard...) are available on site. The accommodation is close (-5 min) to shops, and the Vendée coast (~30 min).
