Johnny è un host molto ospitale e flessibile negli orari. Ci ha accolto dopo mezzanotte con il sorriso e offrendoci una bevanda rinfrescante. Posto dove ritornare.

Bonita y acogedora casita. La bañera de hidromasaje es ideal para relajarse. Es el sitio perfecto si lo que buscas es desconectar y descansar. Además de haber rutas de senderismo que es lo que a nosotros nos gusta.

Beautiful quite town in the mountains. Everything was great about this stay. Maria was responsive, showed us the house at check in and gave us some recommendations within the town. It’s a very small town with a few bars and restaurants. Not much night activity but very quiet. Would ask to stay again if we visit Spain.

One of the best places we’ve stayed. Mari was an exceptional host. The place was spotless. We felt welcomed as family. If you’re looking for a spectacular home, in the hills, away from the busyness of the city this is the place for you!

Ich fand es schön, im Gemeinschaftsbereich in der Küche und am Esstisch mit anderen Gästen in Kontakt zu kommen - für Einzelgänger mag das weniger geeignet sein. Und Johnny ist ein Original im besten Sinne, dabei kontaktfreudig, aber nicht aufdringlich, hilfsbereit, lustig.....Es hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht, und der gemeinsame Gang hoch zur Ermita (über 189 Stufen) war ein Highlight im doppelten Sinne.

It was a pleasure to stay four nights at Johnny’s home. I highly recommend it for anyone feeling comfortable with sharing a house and willing to interact with other people. The place has an amazing energy and is easy to feel home. In the mornings you will hear the birds chanting and the breeze sound in the backyard plants, it is very relaxing. The village is about 30 min away by car from Valencia, the closest beach, Canet, is about 13 min. You can find groceries at the village and also the closest town in Sagunt. The house is as beautiful as in the pictures, our rooms were in two floors and were independent from the rest of the property having their own toilet and shower. Everything in the rooms was very clean. During our stay we had the pleasure to meet other guests who were very nice and friendly and it was easy for us to feel comfortable sharing the kitchen and the dining space.

Melhor impossível! Cristina, Maria e seus pets são adoráveis, gostaria de ter tido mais tempo para ficar mais nessa casa aconchegante.

Séjour très sympa et dépaysant. La maison est située au millieu des vergers...une fragrance de fleur d'oranger nous a accompagné tout le long de notre séjour. Lieu idéal pour venir en famille. Hôtes très réactif et sympathiques. Nous gardons l'adresse et nous le recommandons fortement.

Fue un lugar agradable muy bien comunicado con centro comerciales cerca, y fácil aparcamiento, el lugar es amplio y acogedor.

Für uns mit zwei Hunden war die Unterkunft perfekt. Das gesamte Anwesen war komplett eingezäunt und die zwei großen Hunde haben sich gleich wohl gefühlt.

This is a perfect spot to get away from the hectic city. It is really peaceful and quiet. Beautiful surrounding and very nice views. The house has everything you need and David is a very nice and very friendly host. Very good in communication and reaction. The weather was rainy but we’ve enjoyed our stay very much and used the fireplace to warm the house in the evening with the provided wood. A place to return.

Muchas gracias a Francisco y su mujer por su alojamiento, la casa es mas grande que en las fotos, tiene todo lo necesario, super limpio y las camas muy comodas. El espacio exterior maravilloso, tanto el jardin delantero como el trasero permiten descansar relajadamente, la zona de la piscina es de lo mejor, mis hijas la disfrutaron muchisimo y hemos cocinado mucho en la cocina exterior que nos permitio hacer paellas y torras. la localizacion es buena, cercana a la ciudad de valencia y la urbanizacion en donde se encuentra la casa es muy tranquila con vecinos todo el año por si necesitas cualquier cosa. Esperamos poder repetir al año que viene ya que hemos pasado unos dias estupendos, gracias a Francisco y su mujer, con una comunicacion rapida y atenta, hemos disfrutado muchisimo, gracias por todo!!

Charo is an exceptional hostess! fantastic place that matched the description perfectly. Alboraya is a gem of a village just a few minutes by metro into the heart of Valencia. pro tip listen to everything she says and try the Horchata!!! it is our favorite part of Alboraya.

La casa es muy grande y muy comoda, esta todo bien cuidado. Nosotros la cojimos para ir a Valencia que esta a 20 mint. Y la verdad estubimos muy agusto. Una casa grande donde se lo pasan bien chicos y grandes. Por las fechas no pudimos disfrutar de la terraza pero tiene una pinta espectacular. Sin duda volveremos. Gracias a Amparo por cuidar y mantener una casa de estas caracteristicas.

The house is right at the top of the historic centre, close the castle. The streets around the house are not accessible by car, being narrow stepped pathways, but a lovely location with great views from the rooftop terrace. We arrived by taxi and had to carry luggage up to the house. We only explored the area by bicycle having brought these out with us, or by train into Valencia city. There are some lovely bike routes to discover in the area. There are some nice places to eat & drink in Sagunto and we thought people were very friendly and helpful, despite our own language limitations! Analia was very helpful in answering our queries using the Airbnb email service which was helpful for both of us in translation. We went into Valencia 3 times on the train, which was a regular service & very good value. We also rode in on the bikes, & returned on the train. It's a lovely city to explore & has lots to offer, but we were very glad to return to the calm of Sagunto.

We stayed for 5 days with our kids 9, 7 and 2.5 years. We all just loved it! 😄 The kids where so happy to have so much activities to do just outside the house! Fotbol, swings, badminton, basketball, feed the chickens,play with the dog and so on... Fence around the house so no worries of kids running on the street and since the house was at the end of the street if was a quiet and peaceful area. Wonderful garden with a lot of fruit trees!😊 It was a bit cold at our stay but kids tried the pool and loved that too. Very friendly hosts that showed us around and helped out with valuable information when planning our trips nearby. Amazing possibilities to hike/ do trail running in the mountains just close to the house. Big and useful kitchen to cook food for a whole family. Nice with two bedrooms and a extra sofa to use as a bed if needed in the living room. Definitely recommend this place for a family with kids. We want to come back again! 😄 It was better than we imagined!
