Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in La Presa

Loved how Salvacion’s place was so wonderfully decorated! everything was really nice and I loved how comfortable everything was. Would definitely book again :-)

The hosts are great and the house was perfect. A special recognition of the perfect white towel.

Mary’s property was gorgeous! It was indeed as nice as it looks in the photos. The fuse did go out once but we were able to fix it quickly with Mary’s responsiveness. Overall, Mary was very accommodating and responsive throughout the trip!

Linda and Bill’s place was a wonderful surprise. It is tucked away in a peaceful nook of the well established La Mesa community. It is our second reservation here and we hope to be back. The owners are super friendly and responsive. Everything was like described, even better in real life ;) there are stairs to the unit, but this is clearly described in the listing.

Upon check in, we did have a few hiccups with some items in the rental, but our host addressed them very quickly. Our host was very communicative and friendly. While the rental is small, it did accommodate the needs of two of us well for the three days we were there.

We came to San Diego to celebrate my nieces 30th birthday and my daughter’s 26th birthday! My nieces favorite color is pink and when this home popped up in the app we knew it was the one we had to get! Everything was pink!! We chose this house just because it was pink and reminded us of her! Guess what she LOVED it!! Besides the pink it was perfect for all of us! There was 8 of us and we like to all have our own spaces and this home gave us this!! If we ever go back to San Diego we definitely will come back to Chris’ place!! Also Chris was always available for questions and if we needed anything. He answered quickly!!

This place is so nice, the pictures are very accurate from the actual house it was clean and cozy. And Drew is very responsive for all the questions I had. Will definitely go back to his airbnb when we visit San Diego again.

I stayed here with my bridesmaids the night before my wedding and it was exactly the peaceful experience I needed in such a hectic week! We spent so much time lounging around chatting, enjoying the view & the outdoors. Sooooo so so calm and quiet.

JB and Ana were great hosts and were wonderfully accommodating. This was a great private room in a very convenient location. I was definitely satisfied with my experience, especially the ease of check-in/out.

Staying at wade’s was amazing. I felt comfortable in the neighborhood and in the retreat as well! Quiet and peaceful, bed was so comfortable I slept like a rock. Would highly recommend staying at Wade’s retreats!

I highly recommend Jessica’s place. It was clean, well stocked with everything one would need for a lengthy stay, and nicer and bigger than the photos. Great view of downtown, little Italy and the water from the huge patio that had ample seating. Jessica was a very friendly, responsive and accommodating host. The elevator has access directly into the suite which made going in and out very convenient. The area felt very safe and there are many restaurants and cafes nearby. While it was close to the airport and had airplanes flying by, the noise was minimal and not at all a problem at night. My only suggestion for guests is to bring sleep masks if you plan on sleeping on the bunk beds as that area does not have dark/black out blinds and is bright in the morning. All in all a great stay and would come back in a heartbeat.

The place was really nice and I like how modern it looked I just didn’t like the pool cause it was dirty I don’t think it had chlorine but either then the pool the apartment was nice the living room and the kitchen were really nice and so was the bedroom it was really comfortable

I really enjoyed the stay. It's a great listing. It's very clean and spacious. I highly recommend it. I will keep it in mind when I visit San Diego next time.

Staying at Jay and Erika’s place was a nice escape from the everyday grind. The super comfortable bed and relaxing hot tub were highlights for me. The place was a good jumping off point for exploring the beaches. I hiked Coronado beach, La Jolla beach and mission to Pacific beaches. Seaside pizza company near pacific beach was great NY style pizza—thin and crispy. Overall, this was a nice reset for me at a peaceful, comfortable spot in San Diego.

This was hands down our favorite Airbnb we have ever stayed at in San Diego. It was spacious and cozy, clean and secure, cool (They have AC :)) and quaint. It had loads of updated kitchen amenities including a sizable refrigerator, which is hard to find when traveling. The apartment kitchen was honestly amazing. The location is walkable to coffee shops and restaurants in La Mesa. We enjoyed Pink Rose Cafe and Farmer’s Table. There is a wrap around porch which we enjoyed during some of our meal times as well as for setting out our beach items in between trips. This place was the best combination of original charm found in the hardwood floors and crystal door knob alongside modern amenities like the amount of outlets thankfully everywhere we looked. And, I cannot forget to share how comfortable the beds were! Next time we travel back to see family in San Diego we will definitely be coming back here again.

I’ve stayed in a lot of AirBnbs and this was the cleanest! What a lovely stay. The view is spectacular as well.

The place was very cute and modern. The outside patio with sofa and hot tub was a great place to eat breakfast and hang out at night. Ricardo was highly communicative and very helpful when we needed anything.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The location was stunning, with ocean views and the soothing sound of the waves—it was the perfect place to relax after a day out. There were several great restaurants within walking distance, and we loved being able to grab snacks from the nearby Oxxo, just a short 5-minute walk away. The host was very accommodating, allowing us an early check-in, which we really appreciated. Security at the front was helpful and friendly—they assigned us a parking space and made it easy to find the building. We did experience a couple of minor issues: the shower wasn’t draining properly, and on the third day, the door wouldn't lock. The host responded quickly to our messages, but unfortunately, no one showed up after we waited about an hour. However, the issue was resolved while we were out, so everything was fine when we returned. Despite those small hiccups, we had a lovely time and would definitely consider staying here again. Had a great vacation with some friends at this beautiful home. Looked outside and could see the beach and the waves. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The home was beautiful and had tons of amenities.

Great location, very clean ,had everything I needed to cook my meals and lots of extras I appreciated as well.i felt very safe and secure location great parking i had a huge car and no problem parking in garage its a large 4 door Jaguar as big as an suv no proble for me . enjoyed my stay very much will be back for sure .

Amazing cozy spot. Nice area in TJ. Great for families. The beach is a little walk away and you get the feel of TJ. Luis was great. Always responsive with questions and recommendations. If you are looking for a weekend getaway or a home away from home, this is your spot!
