Hi , I present to you this pretty little apartment completely renovated which has been a family property for 30 years! We usually spend our vacations during the summer season, which we want to share outside the season because the setting is very nice! A sea view with a sea-facing terrace where you can have your breakfast while enjoying the setting. The residence is very quiet and very friendly, it has a staircase that goes down to a cove which we consider to be private. You can go fishing, as you stroll along the beach with a free 200 m launch for your boat if you want to bring it. Next to the apartment, we have a bike path to go to town or for a stroll. Numerous possible activities: swimming, shore fishing, walking on the coastal path... Restaurants, press and bread supply 300 m away. Quiet environment with beautiful sunsets over the ocean.

Gîte in Pornic, Labeled ***, 2/4 pers "Le Chai"

This 'Clévacances' certified cottage has obtained 3 keys that guarantee optimal comfort. Entirely private house with garden, terrace, barbecue and parking. The park allows access to leisure for all (games available). Accommodation designed to accommodate people with limited mobility (turning areas, doors, thresholds). Beaches and shops are a 5-10 minute drive away. You can do the end-of-stay cleaning yourself, or you can choose to pay for it (€45).

If you like peace and quiet, sea air, shore fishing and waterfront walks, then you'll love staying in this little cocoon. I offer a cottage, located between Pornic and Tharon-Plage, 300 m from the beach, with living room, kitchenette, mezzanine with a bedroom and an office, as well as a garden with terrace to enjoy the sun. Ideal for a couple alone or with a child. Pets are welcome, provided you respect the place and the surrounding area.

This unique place has a style all its own. "La Belle Onde" gîte, very recent, (60 m2) 600 m from Cormier beach, in La Plaine-sur-Mer. On enclosed land of 220 m2. Quiet. 1 km from Tharon beach with its large market on Tuesdays and Fridays.  3 km from La Plaine-sur-Mer. 7 km from Pornic. Linens and towels are provided! Courtyard terrace with outdoor furniture and charcoal barbecue. For musicians, I make my piano available (upon request).

Our apartment is located upstairs in an old shipowner's house full of charm. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a quiet terrace, bathroom and kitchen-living room. In the pretty village of La Plaine-sur-Mer, shops are nearby and the beach is a 20-minute walk away, all the elements are combined to spend a pleasant stay. For the most globetrotters, the region offers many tours within a radius of 50 km... Pornic, Saint Nazaire, Nantes etc...

Very warm, clean and comfortable space with southwest terrace equipped with a table and four chairs overlooking the Pornic golf course. Ideal for two people who want peace and quiet while being close to the beach (12 min/walking), the city center (18 min/walking), shops (10 min/walking). Available: pool and two bikes. Flexibility of dates, don't hesitate to call me. The rate can be adjusted based on the number of rental days.

Waterfront Cottage

Charming small 32 m² house renovated in 2020 on the Côte de Jade in St Michel Chef Chef in a private residence between Pornic (11 km) and St Brevin (6 km). Come and enjoy the pretty beach of Gohaud just 400 m from the house, as well as the 2 swimming pools of the residence open from June 14 to September 14, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Very colorful vacation home 50 m from the sea

Family house largely renovated in a very colorful pop/70's atmosphere, located less than 50 m from the sea. For the months of July and August, bookings are only from Saturday to Saturday. The accommodation is suitable for Persons with Reduced Mobility. Nevertheless, there is a step to get into the ground floor bathroom.
