Family villa in a quiet environment, 1 km from the beaches with a 1900 m2 garden. House entirely on the ground floor, very bright and very well equipped. The 3 bedrooms (including a master suite with its own bathroom) overlook the private outdoor pool, which is heated in the summer season. The house has two terraces that allow you to enjoy the sun or shade depending on the time of day, the one next to the pool has garden furniture and a table with chairs.
