Tuscan Nature Views From Casa Gave

The house consists of two apartments within a wing of the Gave manor house in Sorana, a little village in the heart of Svizzera Pesciatina in Tuscany. Far from the crowd of cities, it's the right place where to escape and find relax. Admire the original wood beam ceilings and wooden fixtures while sitting around the indoor fireplace or spend a sunny afternoon out in the garden under the pergola or in the swimming pool surrounded by the olive trees terraces (airbnb.com/h/casagavenaturarelax). The apartment, with separate entrance, is composed as follows: - kitchen-living room with wood burning fireplace complete with all appliances, microwave, kettle and TV; - double bedroom with wardrobe and sofa bed. Removable baby bed available on request; - bathroom with toilet, shower and bidet. The property was completely renovated in 2017 respecting the original features, such as ceilings with chestnut beams, local stone walls, chestnut window frames and wrought iron gates. The furniture are made of wood recovered from the original beams. Outside there are a pergola covered by a wisteria where you can relax or eat and a bbq available for lunches and dinners. A ping-pong table and table football are also available. As we live next to the apartment we are available for any need of the guest. The home is in a natural setting with multiple areas for scenic hikes to enjoy. Take a trip to the amazing Lucca or to the Montecarlo vineries, or to the seaside in Versilia, have a spa day at Montecatini Terme, visit the Pinocchio Park in Collodi, and enjoy authentic cuisine at the local restaurants. WIFI connection available. Crockery, linen and towels provided. Pets welcome. Reserved parking. Breakfast on request.

Gioviano is a small quiet medieval village 25 kms from the walled city of Lucca in the Garfagnana. The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. Il palazzo è stato oggetto di lavori "ecobonus 110%" e pertanto totalmente rinnovato. Appartamento con nuovi arredi moderni, dotato di tutto punto (in particolare di due nuovi climatizzatori Mitsubishi: in soggiorno ed in camera), con parcheggio coperto condominiale e vicinissimo alla stazione ferroviaria e all'imbocco autostradale, a pochi passi dal centro e lungo un bel Corso... su cui è ubicato...! Nous avons fait une étape d’une nuit chez Silvia pendant notre voyage. Tout s’est très bien passé. Le logement correspond en tout point à l’annonce et est très bien entretenu. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Christines sehr sauberem und authentischen Haus sehr genossen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, die Aussicht phantastisch. Christine hatte uns zur Begrüßung Blumen hingstellt und die gesame Zeit innerhalb kürzester Zeit geantwortet, wenn wir Fragen hatten oder Hilfe brauchten. Das Haus liegt in einem abgelegenen, nur teilweise bewohnten jahrhundertealten Bergdorf. Wer in die Umstände einer anderen Zeit eintauchen will und Ruhe und Natur liebt, der ist hier goldrichtig! Vielen Dank Christine, dass du dieses Ferienhaus führst und pflegst!

Als erstes ist hervorzuheben, dass Fabio ein ganz wunderbarer, zuvorkommender und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber ist. Das Haus ist liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Dorf liegt inmitten der Berge der Garfagnana und zusammen mit seiner Umgebung ist es eine Oase der Ruhe. Von Bagni di Lucca aus, führt eine 7 Km lange enge, kurvenreiche Straße nach Lugnano- Monti di Villa. Auf der Strecke passiert man noch 2 weitere kleine Dörfer. Eines davon ist Granaiola, wo man bei Laura superlecker essen kann. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :-) Anne und Helga

We cannot say enough about how fantastic our stay was. Maybe the most gorgeous property we’ve ever seen - even better than the pictures! Pia was incredibly helpful, sent us a whole printout of recommendations for different restaurants, wineries, and things to do. She is incredibly kind, responsive, and proactive - she thought of everything you may need during your stay and gave us a tour of our home. Waking up in the Tuscan countryside and watching the sun rise over the vineyards was relaxing and beautiful. The sunsets were breathtaking to see over the rolling hills in Chianti. Castellina was a cute little town with fantastic places to eat and panoramic views of the valley. And on top of all that, we made a new friend in the Public Relations Manager, Teo - you can be sure you’ll be greeted with a wagging tail and a happy little smile. Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough!

We had a great stay at Natalia‘s place. It was spacious, very quiet overnight and comfortable. We really enjoyed the use of the pretty secluded garden. Natalia was a very responsive host and kindly reconfigured our bed arrangements on the day of our arrival 😀 It was nice to meet her and be given all instructions for everything The apartment is very well located, a short walk from Montecatini Centro station and very close to restaurants shops and bars. I’d recommend! Thankyou Natalia!
