The villa consists of 4 spacious rooms with two of the rooms having en suite bathrooms. Street parking around the house is free. All the rooms have non restrictive lovely views such as to the faraway mountain range. Entrance to the beach front located in a fabulous location as there are a number of restaurants and cafes as soon you reach there. In addition the golf club also located just next to the Villa if you fancy a game of golf, padel, tennis or just to use cafe restaurant. Grau seafront main restaurants are also within walking distance whether you feels like a paella or a nice cocktail. The bus/ tram connection is located just a short walk from the house on the way to the beach side providing easy access to Benicasim or to Castellon Center.
