Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in La Marsa

The apartment is an oriental dream! Beautifully and lovingly designed on three floors with everything your heart desires, including a cozy roof terrace. Close to the center and yet quiet. The nice gentleman who handed us the apartment also had good guest tips in stock. Recommendation: Breakfast in the cafe in the middle of the nearby park of Sidi Bouzid. Diverse and huge portions!

Staying in this incredible house was a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils. Beyond that, the host, Dr. Nidhal, is an exceptionally busy person yet always available to assist guests, going above and beyond expectations. His hospitality truly enhances the stay. Although I’m not familiar with golf, I thoroughly enjoyed the vibrant and inspiring atmosphere surrounding the villa. Without a doubt, an outstanding experience 5/5!

A very clean and beautiful Airbnb. The view from the room window was totally beautiful. It is a bit away from some things but there is almost always a taxi there, which is why this is hardly a problem. We also got help right away with an issue. Very nice experience is recommended.

2nd time here after we got married last year in Dar Mabrouka. Wonderful location with beach and sea very close, 2 min walk to sea. Cozy villa with amazing views and flowers. Close to grocery stores, bars and restaurants. Foued and Carolina are highly recommended hosts

very nice accommodation. as advertised. Quiet because there's a dead end. Small touches upon arrival allow you to eat and quench your thirst upon arrival. very responsive host when we did not have hot water. the pool is very pleasant and well heated. Possibility to go into town a 5 min walk where you can find shops and restaurants. I will return there without any problem. the bedding may need to be reviewed.

I stayed at Nabil's place for two weeks, and it was just as described: clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking, all in good condition. The location is convenient, just a short taxi ride to the center of La Marsa and other places in Tunis, with some minimarkets and cafes nearby, but it is also a neighborhood in La Marsa that is still developing. Nabil is very helpful and always available for any questions. Overall, a very good place to stay.

It was a wonderful vacation in Tunisia. We were received by Mohamed in a very friendly manner, he was waiting for us for the check-in. Even before the trip, he was always available for all our questions. The place was a dream, everything was as described, even nicer than in the pictures. The balcony invites you to relax and we could enjoy some sunsets there. The bathroom was very bright and clean, everything was lovingly prepared for us. The location of the accommodation is optimal and central to all major towns in Tunis. It is less than 5 minutes to the beach by car and the nearest supermarket is already within walking distance. We felt really in good hands We'd love to come back!

Kenza’s place was the perfect fit for me, they were very welcoming and made me feel at home which is exactly what was needed for a first time in beautiful Tunisia like myself. The area is lovely, the place is very private, all you need is close by at walking distance. It is also on the Mediterranean Sea with fresh ocean breeze 247. I highly recommend! I would highly recommend this place. it's location in the heart of La Marsa was ideal. I did initially find it hard to find the entrance but the caretaker was super helpful. The flat was just as described. My only minor gripe was that for a broad fellow like me the bathroom was a bit of a squeeze but apart from that it was an ideal place and I would happily stay here again.

It’s been a lovely time at Haithem & Selma’s place! The cats kept us company in the beautiful garden and the huge kitchen offers everything to prepare a delicious meal. Thanks again for the fresh lemons <3

I enjoyed my stay at Lara’s place, her apartment was as described on Airbnb; a comfortable space in a secure building and nice neighbourhood. La Marsa was fun to explore with its proximity to the beach, coffee shops, grocery stores. Lara was easy to reach and always very responsive; a pleasure to interact with. I would come back!

I had an amazing stay! Everything was perfect — the place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was super friendly, responsive, and made sure I had everything I needed. The location was great and made exploring the area so easy. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and would definitely book again!

The place was clean, the same as the photos, and very cozy! We had a great time at Chema's place. Restaurants are nearby, the place is well located to visit everywhere without driving too much, and a food store is just around the corner. The garden was a real plus and we loved having breakfast on the terrace. In addition, Chema is very welcoming and very responsive when needed! We'll be back for a future stay at this listing.

Marwen was a great host, very welcoming and laidback. Super helpful when I blew the power out by accident, and at one point I locked myself out in a particularly silly way and he got a ladder and scaled the wall to get to the roof. 10/10

Had a great 4-day stay at this place in La Marsa. The apartment is very clean, well-equipped and perfectly as described. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, while being in close proximity to many restaurants, cafes and bars. The location is ideal for enjoying La Marsa, Sidi Bou Said and Carthage. I would highly recommend it!
