C'est un très beau studio en rez-de-jardin, alliant charme et modernité. Son accès est indépendant et se fait par le jardin: un havre de calme et de verdure .. .à quelques mètres seulement des commerces et restaurants, dans le quartier résidentiel d'El Menzah. Toutes sortes de commodités dans l'entourage immédiat : pressing, cafés, restaurants, les très bonnes patisseries Gourmandise et le Gourmet sont a 2 mn a pied etc ...
