Sidi Bou Said is a great base to explore Tunis and Carthage. Also great for cafes and restaurants. The house had loads of character and had everything we needed. The roof top terrace was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend.

Lots of charm for this large house at the foot of the beach, a holiday atmosphere and tranquility awaits you. Very nice decoration, large bedrooms, air conditioning, wifi/fiber and TV perfectly functional and a lot of amenities for complete comfort! Pretty little gardens that surround the house, inhabited by two little turtles. Two very pleasant terraces with exceptional sea views, especially the roof top for chilled moments and aperitif at sunset. And what about the welcome from Ayed and Ramla, both really friendly, responsive, accommodating and very good tips throughout the stay, and full of small touches to welcome you in the best way. No hesitation: hospitality and relaxation guaranteed! A big thank you to both of you!

Yasmine and Sami’s place at La Marsa is in a stunning neighbourhood with breath taking views. The apartment is right in between La Marsa and the touristy town of Sidi Bu Said, steps away from the seaside, a 10 minute walk to an incredible fresh food market, the beautiful corniche in La Marsa, plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. The apartment is a perfect size for a small family and has everything you need. It is well protected from the sun, so it must feel like an oasis in the summer time. It is so quiet and peaceful. We stayed there for a month and we felt right at home. Sami and Yasmine are kind, warm, hospitable and very easy to communicate with. We highly recommend their apartment.

Your accommodation is very clean, bedding and bed linen of very high quality. ❤️ Too bad the third bedroom does not have a queen bed!😉 Air conditioning everywhere 😃 2 bathrooms (shower room, walk-in shower) and one with a bathtub. Accommodation met our expectations. Thank you 🙏🏻

We had a lovely stay at Moncef's, the proximity to the sea is very nice! The apartment is spacious with our two children. A favorite for the garden turtles, which were very much appreciated by the kids.

The house matched the photos and description perfectly. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness, calm and serenity of the villa located in a secure area, which made my stay very pleasant. I also thank Mom for his welcome, his availability and the speed of his answers to my questions, which greatly facilitated my stay. I have great memories of this experience that I will repeat without hesitation. I highly recommend this listing!

Me, my husband and our three kids aged 8, 7 and 4 had a fantastic time at Bilel's ground floor villa. We enjoyed the heated pool and the accommodation itself was very spacious. The villa is located on a quiet side road, only several minutes' stroll from breakfast eateries and ice cream parlours. Just a few minutes' drive from Sidi Bou Said and La Marsa beach, we felt very lucky to have picked such a great location and place to stay for our holiday. Bilel is a gent and looked after us well before check in with all the information that we needed and during our stay. We would love to come back.

Sunny villa, beach front, authentic Tunisian architecture and decoration, super clean, each room is a charm! A true immersion into the Tunisian culture. We enjoyed the pool as much as we enjoyed the beach. The view was… breathtaking! Calm neighborhood, close to restaurants and shops. We will come back this summer for sure. Thanks to the host, she was super helpful, flexible and proactive!

I'll preface this by saying I'm an American. I don't speak French. I've never been to Tunisia before. None of that kept Hassen from wanting to help us or from taking care of us. Hassen and his team were amazing. The place is wonderful and having access to the Club's amenities is a huge bonus. I would come back and stay here again in a heartbeat. Hassen was communicative and helped us with some special requests centering around our very young children. The view from the upper balcony is incredible. I can't recommend enough staying here, especially for the very reasonable price.

We really loved this stay, it had amazing views and a really cool gated area. It was a bit difficult to find but the hosts are super responsive and really help you out. I would totally recommend this place - amazing views, location and property.

The property was beautiful, even better than the pictures! Alinda was very flexible and accommodating, the service we received from check-in to check-out was top tier, definitely a place I’d recommend especially for the hospitality and kindness of the hosts! We will be back!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is great for exploring La Marsa and Tunis and it is conveniently located next to the TGM train, a large Monoprix and other shops and restaurants. Plenty of room, comfortable beds etc. Really enjoyed the pool and the owners provided some welcome coffees, juice, chips, biscuits etc. Felt like a home away from home, had fast fibre and a smart TV. Would definitely recommend.

Our stay at Mohamed's was flawless, excellent! We highly recommend it. The apartment is clean, high-end, and close to all amenities (restaurants, cafes, etc.). The location is ideal, 5 minutes from the airport and the lake. Accommodation matches the photos, and the host is very responsive. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and can't wait to go back soon.

The apartment is super well located in a safe neighborhood and it's easy to find parking next door. Communication with Yasmine is dynamic, which made our arrival easy.

The apartment had everything i needed and more. loved the fully equipped kitchen and fast Wi-Fi. A great value!

The place was awesome, the view was captivating and Boris was an awesome communicator, we had some emergency that emerged from our part and he was ready to work with us and help us with checking out, I am definitely coming back for this ! Thank you for the awesome stay.

Thanks so much for having us — it's a great apartment! A couple of pieces of feedback: You have an online check-in process, which works well, but then you also request the same information again via text (e.g., passport details). It would be smoother to choose just one method. Communication could be improved. We had agreed that you would let me know if a booking request came in for Saturday night so I could extend my stay, but unfortunately, this didn’t happen, and we had to move out unexpectedly. Thanks again for hosting us!
