Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in La Marsa

Die Wohnung ist ein orientalischer Traum! Wunderschön und liebevoll gestaltet auf drei Etagen mit allem was das Herz begehrt, einschließlich lauschiger Dachterrasse. Zentrumsnah und doch ruhig gelegen. Der nette Herr, der uns die Wohnung übergeben hat, hatte zudem gute Gastrotipps auf Lager. Empfehlung: Frühstück im Café inmitten des nahegelegenen Parks von Sidi Bouzid. Vielfältig und Riesenportionen!

Staying in this incredible house was a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils. Beyond that, the host, Dr. Nidhal, is an exceptionally busy person yet always available to assist guests, going above and beyond expectations. His hospitality truly enhances the stay. Although I’m not familiar with golf, I thoroughly enjoyed the vibrant and inspiring atmosphere surrounding the villa. Without a doubt, an outstanding experience 5/5!

Eine sehr saubere und schöne Airbnb. Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmerfenster war total schön. Es ist zwar etwas entfernt von manchen Sachen aber dort ist so gut wie immer ein Taxi auffindbar weshalb das kaum ein Problem ist. Bei einem Problem haben wir auch sofort Hilfe bekommen. Sehr schöne Erfahrung ist weiter zu empfehlen.

2nd time here after we got married last year in Dar Mabrouka. Wonderful location with beach and sea very close, 2 min walk to sea. Cozy villa with amazing views and flowers. Close to grocery stores, bars and restaurants. Foued and Carolina are highly recommended hosts

Des petites attentions à notre arrivée permettent de se restaurer et désaltérer en arrivant. hôte très réactif lorsque nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude. la piscine est très agréable et bien chauffée. Possibilité de se rendre en ville à 5 min de marche où l'on retrouve magasins et restaurants. J'y retournerai sans problème. la literie est peut-être à revoir.

I stayed at Nabil's place for two weeks, and it was just as described: clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking, all in good condition. The location is convenient, just a short taxi ride to the center of La Marsa and other places in Tunis, with some minimarkets and cafes nearby, but it is also a neighborhood in La Marsa that is still developing. Nabil is very helpful and always available for any questions. Overall, a very good place to stay.

Amazing place, amazing view, amazing host, amazing everything! Hass was extremely helpful and responsive momentarily at all times. I really enjoyed my time as it was easy to get around but the best thing is the view and the peace in this place.. wow simply wow! Thank you Hass

The apartment was more than just a place to stay, it was a real part of the experience. Everything was clean, well-equipped, and beautifully arranged. Emna was outstanding: proactive, responsive, and genuinely kind throughout our stay. We felt truly welcome and taken care of. I would absolutely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area!

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub in Tunesien. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Mohamed empfangen, er hat extra auf uns gewartet für den Check in. Bereits vor Reiseantritt stand er stets für alle unsere Fragen zur Verfügung. Die Unterkunft war ein Traum, alles war wie beschrieben vorzufinden, sogar noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Der Balkon lädt zum entspannen ein und wir konnten dort einige Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Das Bad war sehr hell und sauber, alles war liebevoll für uns vorbereitet. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist optimal und zentral zu allen wichtigen Ortschaften in Tunis. Zum Strand sind es keine 5 Minuten mit dem Auto und der nächste Supermarkt ist bereits zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben uns wirklich gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Gerne wieder!

Kenza’s place was the perfect fit for me, they were very welcoming and made me feel at home which is exactly what was needed for a first time in beautiful Tunisia like myself. The area is lovely, the place is very private, all you need is close by at walking distance. It is also on the Mediterranean Sea with fresh ocean breeze 247. I highly recommend! I would highly recommend this place. it's location in the heart of La Marsa was ideal. I did initially find it hard to find the entrance but the caretaker was super helpful. The flat was just as described. My only minor gripe was that for a broad fellow like me the bathroom was a bit of a squeeze but apart from that it was an ideal place and I would happily stay here again.

It’s been a lovely time at Haithem & Selma’s place! The cats kept us company in the beautiful garden and the huge kitchen offers everything to prepare a delicious meal. Thanks again for the fresh lemons <3

Very nice host and the apartment was spacious, clean and quiet. Short walk to Sidi Bou Said and many restaurants and cafes. A very pleasant stay. Highly recommend

I enjoyed my stay at Lara’s place, her apartment was as described on Airbnb; a comfortable space in a secure building and nice neighbourhood. La Marsa was fun to explore with its proximity to the beach, coffee shops, grocery stores. Lara was easy to reach and always very responsive; a pleasure to interact with. I would come back!

Beautiful cozy place.

Vakker, flott og rolig leilighet. Det er ingen støy. Alle nødvendige forsyninger er tilgjengelig i leiligheten, inkludert tallerkener, bestikk, kopper, varmtvannsbereder, strykejern og hårføner. Oppvarmingen er veldig god, varmer leiligheten i løpet av minutter. La oss ikke glemme at leiligheten har en fantastisk utsikt over hovedgaten. Det er en bygningsvakt ved inngangen til bygget. Det betyr at det er sikkerhet. Dette er først. For det andre er det nær kjøpesenteret (Carrefour La Marsa) og kun 15 minutter fra Cartage flyplass.

Le logement était propre, identique aux photos et très cosy! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Chema. Les restaurants sont à proximités, le logement est bien situé pour visitez un peu partout sans faire trop de route, et un magasin alimentaire se trouve juste au coin de la rue. Le jardin était un vrai plus et nous avons adoré prendre notre petit-déjeuné sur la terrasse. De plus, Chema est très accueillante et très réactive en cas de besoin! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir passer un prochain séjour dans ce logement.

Marwen was a great host, very welcoming and laidback. Super helpful when I blew the power out by accident, and at one point I locked myself out in a particularly silly way and he got a ladder and scaled the wall to get to the roof. 10/10

J’ai passé un excellent séjour de 4 jours dans ce logement à La Marsa. L’appartement est très propre, bien équipé et parfaitement conforme à la description. Le quartier est calme et agréable, tout en étant à proximité immédiate de nombreux restaurants, cafés et bars. L’emplacement est idéal pour profiter de La Marsa, Sidi bou said et Carthage . Je recommande vivement !
