Vacation rentals with a patio in La Marsa

We had a great stay! The place was very cool and spotlessly clean, with authentic and thoughtful decor that gave it a lot of character. The location is super convenient—close to everything we needed. We definitely recommend this place and will absolutely be staying here again in the future. It felt like a perfect home away from home!

Great host and easy to work with.

My partner and I had an enjoyable five-week stay at Nour and Nabil’s Airbnb. The unit was big, bright, and spacious. It is in a quiet neighbourhood and within easy walking distance of everything in La Marsa. Nour and Nabil were great hosts and were always pleasant and responsive. We also appreciated the weekly cleaning, which was reasonable cost-wise. Their housecleaner did a fabulous job. The three-story building is relatively new, and this unit is on the top floor. It is only accessible by stairs, though.

Very nice place. Quiet, clean, secure residence plus underground parking, close to everything... (shops, restaurants, beach, downtown Tunis.) A place I recommend!!

A perfect stay! The host is exceptionally kind, always available when I needed something. The welcome was warm and very flexible, which made my arrival and departure very pleasant. The apartment is conveniently located in the heart of La Marsa, close to everything. The neighborhood is clean, quiet and peaceful, and the address is easy to find with Maps. The apartment is an oriental dream! Beautifully and lovingly designed on three floors with everything your heart desires, including a cozy roof terrace. Close to the center and yet quiet. The nice gentleman who handed us the apartment also had good guest tips in stock. Recommendation: Breakfast in the cafe in the middle of the nearby park of Sidi Bouzid. Diverse and huge portions!

Attentive host and great place to stay.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless, comfortable, and in a perfect location—just a short walk from the beach and many great restaurants. Youssef was an outstanding host. He went above and beyond to make our trip memorable, sharing excellent tips and local recommendations. He even took us on a wonderful tour of the Medina and Carthage, which was a highlight of our visit. Highly recommended!

How can I not give Yousri 5 stars! Yousri welcomed me with great kindness and generosity, not hesitating to spend time with me for my first stay in Tunisia. He is a very nice, considerate, very responsive host, caring about the comfort and well-being of his tenants. The small house is very nice, clean, quiet, I was able to rest there peacefully throughout my stay in La Marsa. Special mention for the house's yard and its turtle (who loves salad!). Lots of shops nearby: restaurants, grocery stores, exchange, snacks... The beach and the cliff of La Marsa are about a 10-minute walk away, it's very easy to access. I can only recommend staying at Yousri's, you won't be disappointed!

We had a great stay in this lower villa with a garden and our feet in the water! a beautiful and peaceful residential area in La Marsa. The house is very spacious and well decorated. everything was perfectly clean. 100% recommend!

Must be the best place we've been to. Large, spacious and fresh. The pool is amazing. Has a really cozy outdoor seating and a tennis court. The house is just as good inside as outside and is located in a good and central area close to much. The host was very accommodating and flexible and helped us with a lot. Highly recommend!

The accommodation is at a fair price. The neighbourhood is very safe. The view is incredible. The host was the nicest I've ever met. They gave us useful recommendations about what to visit and they were very flexible about the check out. Great experience overall. I would toatally recommend!
