Lots of charm for this large house at the foot of the beach, a holiday atmosphere and tranquility awaits you. Very nice decoration, large bedrooms, air conditioning, wifi/fiber and TV perfectly functional and a lot of amenities for complete comfort! Pretty little gardens that surround the house, inhabited by two little turtles. Two very pleasant terraces with exceptional sea views, especially the roof top for chilled moments and aperitif at sunset. And what about the welcome from Ayed and Ramla, both really friendly, responsive, accommodating and very good tips throughout the stay, and full of small touches to welcome you in the best way. No hesitation: hospitality and relaxation guaranteed! A big thank you to both of you!

Very nice house with a lovely flower garden Qq small adjustments but the owner was responsive and was able to help us Monoprix is a 3 minute walk and Gammarth Square is 5/10 minutes We had a lovely stay

Yasmine and Sami’s place at La Marsa is in a stunning neighbourhood with breath taking views. The apartment is right in between La Marsa and the touristy town of Sidi Bu Said, steps away from the seaside, a 10 minute walk to an incredible fresh food market, the beautiful corniche in La Marsa, plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. The apartment is a perfect size for a small family and has everything you need. It is well protected from the sun, so it must feel like an oasis in the summer time. It is so quiet and peaceful. We stayed there for a month and we felt right at home. Sami and Yasmine are kind, warm, hospitable and very easy to communicate with. We highly recommend their apartment.

Beautiful stay in this little haven of peace in Marsa. Very nice host and easily reachable on Airbnb or WhatsApp. The Airbnb was well decorated, airy, very nice location, nice pool and very nice exterior. The only downside is that you have to use taxis to get around but that's not a problem, taxis are very affordable in Tunisia via Indrive. The beds are very comfortable and the apartment is clean. I recommend it 100%

We stayed at Ahmed's for a week because we had a wedding in Tunis. The apartment was perfectly clean and very nicely furnished. There was everything you need to get ready for the wedding (hair dryer, ironing board and iron, washing machine). The charming sheltered and quiet terrace is a real plus! Ahmed was a perfect host who spoiled us with several small touches throughout the stay, he offered us delicious rose pastries when we arrived, mint tea with pine nuts and an amber machmoum before leaving). A great discovery of local traditions. The accommodation is about a ten minute walk from the beach, the neighborhood is a little more popular than the beachfront which allows access to many local shops. To get to Tunis you have to rent a car or opt for a taxi, very accessible from the main road which is right next door.

We really loved this stay, it had amazing views and a really cool gated area. It was a bit difficult to find but the hosts are super responsive and really help you out. I would totally recommend this place - amazing views, location and property.

This place makes you feel comfortable, especially in the morning. The view of the garden from the window is amazing. Everything was special. My husband and I spent beautiful days without any anxiety or stress. A clean city. Honestly, I recommend everyone who lives in it. I will return soon. Thank you.

Very very nice design apartment with everything you need, ideal for couples. Quiet area, not very close to main city center attractions (but taxi will get you there easily), but closer to Sidi Bou Said, Carthage, Marsa. Supermarkets and money exchange are close, you can get there by foot. Definitely recommended, especially for travellers that intend to rent cars.

Beautiful and peaceful apartment. Nice and helpful owners. The location was good, Sidi Bou Said village in walking distance. Good and cheap eateries around the corner, other restaurants and a big super market 10 minutes by foot. Only once it was a bit noisy, we could hear the steps from the person on the next floor, other than that quite quiet. Overall a good experience and we would come back!

The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Khalil is a wonderful person, easy to communicate with, and responds surprisingly quickly. The house is very clean and exactly as pictured, with everything I needed. The terrace upstairs and the sea view are breathtaking. Restaurants and places to visit are within easy reach. I would gladly visit again.

I recently stayed at Dhouha’s Airbnb, and it was an exceptional experience! Check in was extremely simple and we felt welcomed and relaxed. The residence was very clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could need. The attention to detail was impressive, making my stay both comfortable and enjoyable. The location was perfect, beautiful scenery, waterfront view and great restaurants nearby. Dhouha was an outstanding host, always available to answer questions and provide recommendations for the area. Her hospitality truly made a difference, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere. 10/10 looking forward to coming back and recommending to friends/family.

Redissi was the most communicative, helpful host I have had. He went above and beyond in every way, made excellent recommendations for places to go and to eat and his place is delightfully decorated and in a great spot. I can't recommend him highly enough.

A very cool stay in this apartment, super well located, in a lively area with lots of restaurants. The apartment makes it bigger than pictured, with a very pleasant terrace and perfectly functional amenities. A perfect place for a stay in the northern suburbs of Tunis.

I had an amazing stay! Everything was perfect — the place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was super friendly, responsive, and made sure I had everything I needed. The location was great and made exploring the area so easy. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and would definitely book again!

My friends and I had a great time, incredible value for money. The apartment is perfect for 4 people, clean and cozy. The terrace definitely gives an extra touch, very nice to dine there in the evening. There is also a washing machine. Marwen was very helpful in welcoming us and having the apartment ready for us, he advised us where to go to eat and was very kind in letting us check out after the indicated time. The location is convenient for visiting local places. Recommended!
