had a wonderful stay for an amazing price, place was very spacious, we were able to get a rollaway cot so each of our kids could have their own bed. had a beautiful pool and the free laundry was great, as well as stuff for the kids with the pool and ping pong table. The drive was very easy into San Diego to do all the activities we wanted, but nice places to eat very close. was a short walk to the beach but there was a lot of stairs to get down to the beach, took about 8 minutes at a normal pace. would book this place again if I came to the area.

Excellent hosts and SUPER supportive. Had to move mid stay but was easy enough. Location is excellent to not only walking distance to local restaurants and shops, but also to beach. There for horse show so ideal. Units on the older side, but otherwise GREAT!

we had a great time at Kim's place! the unit was very spacious! walking distance to the beach, coffee shops and restaurants. we drove to Legoland one of the days and it wasn't far at all. we hope to be back again soon!

We played a few golf courses in the San Diego area and our stay was perfect! Great location, amenities and the rooms were spotless. Will stay again if ever in the area!

Jorge is an awesome host! He was very helpful and responsive to our questions. My family and I felt so comfortable. It was the perfect cute spacious apartment for my family. We all felt at home. Very close to Plaza Rio and restaurants. We enjoyed all the amenities. We will definitely come back.

We needed a place to prepare for a big move and not get in the way of the movers. This was perfect, a block from the beach and walking distance to several nice restaurants. A good location with quick freeway access. There is some traffic noise at night, but we slept well. The host was a great communicator and things worked out great for our trip.

Superbly located, it is as shown, the area is very nice and with many establishments nearby, excellent cleanliness.

Uber driver had trouble finding the address but Fabian’s map saved the day! We stayed for medical recovery. Apartment was as expected. Could use a few kitchen items but otherwise was great for a sort stay. Walking distance to oxxo and 7-11 for incidentals. You’ll need to u et to grocery store. Terrific street food close by! Fabian was quick to respond to any questions. Good value for the price.

The room is very clean and conveniently located near downtown. Alberto is also super friendly. He even treated me to some delicious Mexican cake, which was such a nice surprise! I would definitely come back next time I travel to Tijuana.

What an incredible stay for us! The space was amazing and very clean and comfortable. The location was perfection with so much to do nearby and close to freeway to get anywhere. The amenities were terrific and we enjoyed the pool, gym and free laundry. Highly recommend Kim’s place! We will be back!

we arrived late but the host was very responsive and accommodating. The place looks like the pictures but bigger. There is a nice big patio area with plenty of seating and swing chair. The pool is a nice touch. there also is a jacuzzi jet tub in the bathroom. tranquil and safe I wouks recommend to anyone visiting the area !gracious and responsive! thanks for a fun weekend!
