Monthly Rentals in La Fuentita

Maria's apartment is a very good place for a short stay. It's missing, unfortunately, there's space to put your clothes, so when you come for longer and have a little more stuff, you don't have a place to store them. Other than that, everything is very good. Great central location, yet right on the beach and promenade. The city itself is a very good starting point, we visited the island from north to south, there is a similar distance everywhere.

We had a great stay at the place! The villa corresponds exactly to the descriptions and we felt right at home. Every detail is lovingly planned and furnished. It is a bit of a shame that the pool is unfortunately not heatable, so it was definitely too cold during our stay. Since this is a new development area, construction work is currently taking place in the area. But the construction noise didn't bother us. The town of Gran Tarajal and its beach are very nice and there are delicious restaurants.

We had a great time at Alejandro's place. Vilma, who takes care of the apartment, lives right next door and is super easy to reach and very helpful. We were able to discuss check-in and check-out individually and even with a problem with the washing machine, everything was resolved within a few minutes. We highly recommend this place, especially with children!

Our stay at Ursula’s was wonderful. The house is very spacious and clean. All amenities are there. Ursula is very friendly and responsive if you have any questions. The garden and terrace are nice to chill out in the evening and watch the stars. We always rent a car to explore where we are and the house is located perfectly to visit the beaches in the South of the island or have a daytrip to visit the North. We would definitely recommend this place.
