apartment in a good location next to all amenities, very clean and well arranged. the only problem with our stay was the work in the apartment below. apart from that, we do not regret our stay in La Rochelle.

The easy assistance we received from Patrick in settling in set the scene for the rest of our stay. The apartment is modern, spacious, fully appointed and very liveable, step out of the front door and you are right in the midst of everything at the harbour with only a short walk. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay ..the quiet nights were great....and appreciate very much the opportunity given to us. Thanks Patrick. Highly recommended.

The apartment is very well located on the port of Saint Martin, very nice view. The accommodation is very clean and pleasant, perfect for two people. Hosting and communication are very easy and pleasant. Only small difficulty encountered on the square for bicycles, very small premises.

Very nice apartment located in the city center with a magnificent view of the port of La Rochelle. The apartment is spacious, has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious living room. The terrace is also a big plus. Clear and fluid communication with the concierge. We will be back!

We really enjoyed the 6 days. The decor is nice and matches the photos. The bedding is great. It feels like home: it is very well equipped, including various games, beach equipment... Inside, it has everything. Small downside for the outside: the terrace is large but has remained in concrete slab. The location is ideal for the beach, walks and the outdoors. I recommend this house!

We had a great stay! Within walking minutes from a quiet (surf) beach. We had some issues with the jacuzzi at first but florentin helped us out quickly. The location was great, beds comfy and happy the place had a washing machine and dishwasher. Felt very luxious. Only things that could be improved is replace the shower curtain with glass or something. And a comfortable chair to lounge in. Pillow was a bit hard. But he, that is personal preference and only minor details. Would definitely recommend.

The place met our expectations. Sarah gave us clear information about our arrival and departure. We were even able to enjoy the accommodation before the scheduled time which was very appreciated. The small garden with its small wooden terrace is really a plus for lunch outside. The residence is well designed and very well maintained and flowered . We really enjoyed the bed linen provided as well as the cleaning products. This little house is very nice and well designed. We had a pleasant stay.

Florence and Christophe are very responsive hosts. The accommodation is as described, close to the beach, shops and a small market. We had a great time with four (2 adults and 2 children). Perfect for this configuration, no more than this are needed. The residence is quiet at this time of year.

No negative points to note for Stéphanie's place. Everything was absolutely perfect and as advertised and discussed. The area is ideal for being close to everything, while being in a very quiet area. We can only recommend this place. Public parking just opposite the apartment which is very convenient. The accommodation is very well located, well arranged and the sauna is a real plus! The many baby amenities are very convenient for a few days stay. Xavier was very responsive and accommodating, thank you, we'll be happy to come back.

A very pleasant and well exposed accommodation with a beautiful view. The bedding is comfortable. The apartment is very quiet. The accommodation is very well located 15 minutes walk from the old port of La Rochelle, it is very simple we did not take the car for our entire stay.

Christophe and Carole's place is ideal for a weekend getaway. Very well located in relation to the sea and also in a very pleasant residence. The accommodation is beautiful, well decorated (with a lot of wink of Ile de Ré), tidy and very clean. We also enjoyed the many amenities, which should be particularly convenient over a week or more of a vacation. Christophe was present just as needed by message and very responsive. All the instructions in the accommodation or by message were very clear and accurate, allowing us to be in perfect autonomy.
