Ideally located in the heart of La Fleet (2 minutes walk from the port, daily market, 5 minutes from the beach). You access the apartment through a small common courtyard where you can park your bikes. Your home consists of an entrance, a seating area, a kitchen area, a bedroom and a shower room with toilet. This is an independent studio (within a newly finished house) with its own access to the street and cut from the rest of the house. There is a queen size bed, a bathroom & toilet Coffee & Hot water maker. There is a few restaurants (for all price range) near by No bikes provided but there is the possibility to rent them near by. Please note that: Pets are not allowed There is a TV but Internet is still under installation There is no Kitchen in the studio.
