Village house renovated in 2019 by a renowned architect, ideally located in the village of La Flotte. The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Please note that the price does not include rental for towels/bedsheets/linen and local taxes will apply.

Very nice stay. House as described, well maintained, good beds, kitchen very well equipped, everything as in the photos (except for the terrace furniture that is a bit outdated). La Flotte was the most beautiful place on the Ile de Re for us. Professional handover by the concierge, good restaurant tips. We had very hot days and would have liked air conditioning. Highly recommend overall.

We loved our stay with Marc and Babette: as welcoming and warm as they are discreet. The house is extremely nice, bright, spacious (even more so than in the photos!) the proximity (on foot) to the heart of the city, its shops, the beach, restaurants and the port make everything easy. You feel "on vacation" very quickly. The jacuzzi... so nice at any time! Go there without so much as a second thought (except when we go back!) for a stay for couples, families or groups of friends!

We had a great time at Julie's home. It feels like home. Everything is functional. The amenities are quality and very beautiful. The house near the center of La Flotte is in a quiet and relaxing location. The added bonus is the jacuzzi. Yohann who greeted us was very professional and very nice. In short, we recommend our host.

Very well-located and quiet studio, a few steps from the port and the Flotte market. Melanie was very responsive and gave us some great tips upon arrival. I will return there without hesitation.

The apartment is very well located, on the port of La Flotte and therefore close to shops and restaurants. However, it is very quiet because it does not directly face the street. It is also very close to a pretty beach. Top location. The apartment itself is well renovated and very pleasant to stay in. Jean-Christophe and Fanny were very nice in our exchanges. Would definitely stay again
