Very nice house for a pleasant stay, close to the center. Very quiet environment. It has everything you need for the kids to have fun. The house was very clean and well-equipped. Thanks to Lila for hosting us.

Cathy made such an effort to make sure we had everything we needed and was so generous and kind that it made you feel so welcome and like you were staying with a family friend. Her warmth really did make a difference and the place was totally delightful

Anna was a very welcoming host, responsive and always attentive. The accommodation is faithful to the photos, the garden even bigger in reel. I would recommend this place, great value for money.

If you want to go to the island of Oléron, I recommend the property of Manue and Luc. Very responsive, friendly hosts. The superb property proposed by Manue and Luc ideally located and a relaxing calm corresponds in every way to the photos on the site. We loved the garden, the exposure, the property and all the services offered by it. We will be back with our dog, because yes, pets are allowed at Manue and Luc's. Really great..... The house and its services met our expectations. Anaïs was extremely responsive, attentive and friendly. We felt very comfortable in the house and found it to be an excellent welcome. We booked the day before for the next day, Anaïs was extremely accommodating.

We had a great weekend in the house with our friends and babies/children. The accommodation is very pleasant, clean and nicely decorated. Shops are easily accessible on foot (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy). Geraldine, who welcomed us, was very friendly and responsive. Special mention of the very nice exteriors when the sun comes out!

The house is located in a quiet area with the beach at the end of the street, shops 5 minutes by bike and walking paths from the house. Laurent is very welcoming, our exchanges were very pleasant. Recommended.

Peter's apartment is clean, quiet and in a good location for enjoying the center of La Rochelle and the surrounding area. There is a beautiful terrace that is nice in good weather. A small shop at the foot of the residence and a bakery 10 minutes' walk away. A parking space in a closed basement, at the foot of the elevator is a plus for luggage.

Great communication from Noemie who was lovely, nice to hear about the history of the accommodation. It’s a cosy, good use of space and perfect for the one night stop over. The bed was super comfortable, making for a good nights sleep before travelling again.

We were very happy about our stay. The neighbourhood is very calm, with typical houses in the surrounding streets. The apartment is very cozy, well equipped, clean, has lots of warm water, and is quiet at night. We especially loved hanging out in the small courtyard at any time of the day. Nicolas is very quick at responding and we warmly recommend this little oasis to future travellers.

Stayed here for rugby game and appartment is very central to everything. Great views from roof top terrace and communication re location, checking in, keys, etc was excellent.

We had a great time at Nicolas's apartment, everything is very clean, the decoration is very nice, the terrace too. The location is ideal, by the sea and just minutes from the center of the fleet. We can only recommend it, 10/10!
