Village house renovated in 2019 by a renowned architect, ideally located in the village of La Flotte. The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Please note that the price does not include rental for towels/bedsheets/linen and local taxes will apply.

Charming 3 bedroom house la Couarde-sur-mer

Our holiday home is ideally located in the heart of the village of La Couarde (300 m from the main shopping street. Beaches at 800m). It is well optimized; a spacious and through living room overlooks a courtyard of 30 m². The kitchen is open and fully equipped. The seating area is located in front of the fireplace, the dining room accommodates 6/7 pers. 3 double bedrooms with closets + 2 mezzanines with a single bed complete the house as well as a shower room and a separate toilet.

The exterior of the house features a spacious layout with a private pool, surrounded by a wooden deck and a well-kept garden. Comfortable outdoor furniture is arranged invitingly, and tall trees provide shade. Classic shutters accentuate the white façade of the charming property.

Sublime architectural villa with private pool

Less than 100 m from Plage Peuragot, within the typical village of La Couarde and quiet in a busy alley, our house, with Rhetian charm, is the perfect setting for unforgettable moments with family or friends. Its heated pool (from April to October) and its relaxation areas, large living room and carefully decorated bedrooms will seduce you without hesitation. Most of the objects have been mailed by us, and gives absolute charm to our pretty "boyfriend's house".

This charming spacious, single-story house, located a few meters from the beach will be ideal for hosting your family. Tastefully decorated, you will also enjoy the comfort of a modern home with reversible air conditioning. The terrace at the front of the house is perfect for sharing a good meal and the Jacuzzi will be ideal for relaxing. Village house completely renovated in the heart of the village. Bicycle shed, living room, sunny courtyard, equipped open kitchen, master bedroom with double bed and bunk bed, bathroom, second bedroom with bunk beds and sofa bed, mezzanine with mattress that can be used as 3rd bedroom (1,1m high), 2 separate toilets. House very pleasant in summer as in winter with a underfloor heating and ideal location in the village.

Our small house is located in the old village, in a quiet area, close to bike paths, the center and shops, large beaches to the south and salt marshes to the north. It has a bicycle garage, an entrance, bathroom with shower and separate toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, the kitchen area is fully equipped. The living room area includes a sofa and the bedroom area includes a double bed.
