It is well optimized; a spacious and through living room overlooks a courtyard of 30 m². The kitchen is open and fully equipped. The seating area is located in front of the fireplace, the dining room accommodates 6/7 pers. 3 double bedrooms with closets + 2 mezzanines with a single bed complete the house as well as a shower room and a separate toilet.

Very good stay in this very nice, clean, well-decorated and functional house. Caroline and Christophe are very available and accommodating hosts, with attentions to the guests they welcome. I would highly recommend them.

We had a great time at La Flotte. Beatrice is really very friendly with lots of good tips even though we knew the island very well. The pool is a real plus and the garden is very zen. We'll be happy to go back.

Very good stay, the apartment was clean, with the essentials on our arrival, well arranged and very nice. It is close to the beach and shops. During this period (May) the neighborhood remains relatively quiet. The terrace is not overlooked and well oriented, the residence's swimming pool is heated and the bike storage is appreciated. Our exchanges with Alice and Salima were very pleasant and efficient, thank you so much! A good address to remember.

We had a lovely stay at Angélique and Christophe's. The house was in a good location, comfortable and well-equipped. Angelique was very responsive on the phone. The instructions were clear and detailed. 5 minute walk to the port of La Flotte where there are plenty of shops, restaurants, a market... And there is a beautiful beach 10 minutes away. The pool is very clean, heated and part of it is very deep (2.20 m) so great for swimming a little. We recommend this family-friendly place

Small house ideally located 50m from the beach, the market halls and the Carrefour are a 3-minute walk away, the town center is 7 minutes away. Very quiet out of season (we were there at Christmas), probably much less quiet on sunny days (restaurants, parking, snacks etc within voice). Small courtyard not overlooked with very complete outdoor kitchen. The apartment is no longer very young, it can be seen especially in the rubbing doors, the kitchen or the bathroom a little faded. Otherwise everything is spotless, the heating is great, internet too, and communication with Nathalie even more. Very good location where we will be happy to come back!

We stayed here for 9 days. The house was wonderful, the kitchen equipped for every need, one of the best we’ve stayed in. The house was a nice cool temperature, a relief after a day in the sun. The courtyard is an exceptional facility, private, peaceful and a great space to relax. The aroma of the jasmine was amazing. Dan checked us in and provided a taxi service to the airport was very professional. Would highly recommend this house and look forward to returning in the future
