Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. You will stay in a nice independent mezzanine studio, fully equipped, adjoining my house. Access is secured by a gate and keypad and you can park inside the property. You access it via an external staircase. This comfortable studio is quiet and bright with a view of the unoverlooked garden. You have an equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, cooking essentials and a beautiful bathroom with large shower and toilet.

Our house is from the 1950s, and it was designed from A to Z by my dad. We live on the first floor and the apartment is below. We've brought everything up to date. The apartment includes 1 large bedroom... with bed 1 sofa bed and 1 single bed 1 fully equipped kitchen 1 x shower 1 wc You have access through the boiler room to the garden. You can enjoy your meals and rest there. Everything is calm.
