Lovely accommodation very well equipped and decorated, perfectly suited for a short or long stay (about ten days in my case). The description and pictures are completely accurate to reality. Communication with Christelle is very easy and this one was accommodating despite my late arrival at the listing due to a flight delay.

Jean-Noël is a lovely and humorous host. He greeted us with a smile and was flexible with our check-in and checkout times. He even offered to pick us up from the train station. Her accommodation is simple, well-equipped and comfortable. Above all, it is extremely well located on the banks of the Erde. The scenery is beautiful. We will definitely return during our future stays in Nantes.

You want a place to relax, close to Nantes,surrounded by greenery, the luxury of a swimming pool or no effort to get into the water. You want to rest and finally breathe by saying" we are well". This is the place.

Such a beautiful place to spend a week. Great house with a lovely garden and within walking distance of a great little summer festival on the river. Also close to the train station if you want to go into Nantes and great parking on the property if you have a car. A perfect base to explore the region!

Really a great weekend with the family! There were 12 of us (7 adults and 5 little girls between 1 and 11 years old). The house was perfectly suited for quality time between us. The rooms are large, the kitchen is perfectly designed to be able to spend time there. The south-facing exterior is perfect: we spent almost the whole weekend there! Large swimming pool, 4-person jacuzzi (but 3 adults and 4 little girls can fit in without a problem :)), large dining table, and more "garden lounge" areas for aperitifs or rest. No neighbors, and a large plot of land uphill to the end of the garden, which gives a great feeling of being alone with each other! We felt great right away. Rodolphe was very welcoming, flexible with the check-in and check-out time, took the time to explain what we needed to know, and was very responsive to solving small problems that occurred during the stay. Great memory!

Very nice rental as described. The house is very nice, clean, comfortable, in a very quiet area. Spaces are generous and well decorated. The exteriors are also very pleasant, shaded terrace, there is always the possibility of having a place in the shade or sun according to its desires. Trampoline, cabin, small slide for children and a very nice pool for young and old. some tasty tomatoes, delicious raspberries and 2 chickens a little cabotin. Our hosts Sandrine and Michael, very available and responsive (even remotely response within 5 minutes). Recommended.

We stayed at Marielle and François's place during Hellfest. Communication was very fluid. Very clear instructions. The accommodation is spacious, very comfortable, very clean and very well appointed. Beautiful decor, there is nothing lacking. Everything is there. Great place to unwind. The garden and terrace is a plus. Marielle and François are very friendly and warm hosts. Beautiful people, good values. I recommend them. You can book without a second thought. We will not hesitate to go back.

The accommodation is surrounded by nature in a quiet and relaxing place. The family home where we stayed is tastefully decorated, it is comfortable and warm, very spacious and offers ideal brightness. In addition, it offers very nice services and beautiful exteriors. The place was perfect and ideal for us to prepare, as well as to prepare our daughter for her wedding. I also had good contact with our host. I won't hesitate to come back for a longer stay next time.

The accommodation is very good and easy to access. We lived outside thanks to the very well equipped summer kitchen and enjoy the heated pool. Our son loved fetching the eggs from the chicken coop located in the garden that does not create a nuisance or require maintenance from us. Sébastien is a responsive and welcoming host. We had a great stay!

We went to the Rugby World Cup, full family, my wife with our 2 children and our two grandchildren, the house was comfortable, complete and very well for what we were looking for, as we had our own mobility, the distance to the center or the stadium was not a problem if not something very comfortable.
