It consists of a single ground floor with a terrace; it has a large, well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a 150 cm bed, with a private bathroom, and another with two 90 cm beds; a second bathroom, a sofa bed, a work table and a functional dining room with a table and closet. In addition, a washer-dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker and sandwich maker. It is possible to hire parking separately.

It has two bedrooms, one double and one with a single bed, a bathroom, a kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils for cooking, and a living room. The bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning. The parking is private, small and the maximum car size that fits is a Volkswagen Golf type.
