The house is a haven of peace with the best temperatures throughout the year, with beautiful sunsets and just a 5-minute drive to the village's amenities, 20 minutes to the beach and 40 minutes to Valencia.

We completely renovated it in 2019 to enjoy it ourselves and share it with you when my wife and I cannot go. So you will find all the comforts of home, such as dishwasher, food processor, etc. There is also a pool belonging to the building and a (slightly challanging) underground garage. Hort del Lleo is a Valencian farmhouse from the early 1900s. Restored integrally in 2023. 25 minutes from the sea and just 45 minutes from the city of Valencia. Very close to the monastery of La Murta founded in the year 1400, where you can enjoy the hiking trails of Alzira. Very close to the golf courses of La Galiana and del Saler. The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, its cozy and unique essence invades you. This unique character can be seen in every detail around you and in every corner of the house.
