Very responsive host. Place was very well appointed, comfortable beds, and clean with great local restaurants and access to grocery. We had some minor difficulty with check in, but host was very responsive, timely, and helpful.

Photos don’t do justice to this place! The interior is really aesthetics and beautiful! Stayed in a group of 5 and feels that the accomodation is really spacious too, with lotsa of room for us to chat or have personal time.

Lovely big house, kind host! Easily fit 6 guests. House has all needed amenities, including many towels. The host very kindly drove us at 5:00 AM to the station when we needed to go to the airport. Would stay again.

nice charming place. lots to do inside.

We had a wonderful stay at Yuri’s place. The house is the perfect size for our family of 4, but i think it can also comfortably fit 6-7 adults. We rented a car during our stay so we are lucky that Yuri has a garage which makes it convenient for us to move in and out each day. The hosts (Yuri & Mari) are very responsive and accommodative - we are very grateful that they allowed us a slightly early check in and late check out. Another plus point is that it is only 2 mins walk from the subway station and less than 5 mins walk from the airport limousine bus stop - super strategic location! Highly recommend this place.

夫婦で洞爺湖温泉に訪れました。以前は湖畔のホテルに泊まりましたが、その時は他の滞在者も多く騒がしかった経験がありました。今回こちらのプライベート物件に泊まってる間はとても静かで夫も私も終始リラックスして過ごす事が出来ました。 湖畔までのお散歩も程近く涼しい風が気持ちよかったです。 他の方のレビューにあったボイラーが気掛かりでしたが、新規ボイラーが導入されており臭いや動作も問題ありませんでした。 また洞爺湖温泉に来る際には利用したいです。

We had a great stay! It was very easy to communicate with Satosan and she went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in and shared information on amenities in the area. The home was clean, spacious, and recently updated. We would love to come back for another stay!

We had a wonderful 16-night stay at this Airbnb! Our host was amazing—very responsive and always quick to answer any questions we had, which made us feel safe and well taken care of in Japan. The accommodation was spotless and truly felt like home during our stay. We absolutely loved Tobetsu—the scenery was stunning, and we had so much fun playing in the snow and building an igloo. The location was also very convenient, just a 15-minute walk to the supermarket and 13 minutes to the JR station. From there, it took only 45 minutes to reach Sapporo. A special thank you to Shutaro and Hiroshi for their warm hospitality! They not only made us feel welcome but also introduced us to local attractions, which made our trip even more enjoyable. We had an unforgettable experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hokkaido!

子供の進学のための引っ越しの後に、観光するために予約しました。引っ越しが終わってからの移動だったので、ハッキリしたチェックインの時間を決めれませんでしたが、柔軟に対応していただいて助かりました。 部屋も広く、設備も綺麗で過ごしやすかったです。 旅先でホッとできる空間を提供していただき、ありがとうございました。 オーナー様のほがらかな人柄も嬉しかったです。 次に北海道に来る事があれば、是非また利用させていただきたいです。

素晴らしい滞在となりました。 温泉を楽しみにしていて、2.3人ずつ入れるのでおしゃべりしながらゆっくり温まることができました。 事前に聞いていた通りカメムシはたくさん出ましたが、施設が清潔すぎて私自身は気にならず。超がつくほど虫苦手な方は虫の出ない時期がおすすめです。4月はカメムシしか見ませんでした。 朱里さんは返信が早く、わからないこともすぐに教えてくれました。 宿泊の前後は支笏湖や洞爺湖で観光ができます。

温泉は素晴らしく、常に湯加減最高！ 部屋も常に適温で、とても過ごしやすい。 部屋もトイレも風呂もキッチンも食器もとても清潔でした。 大満足でした。ありがとうございました！

Spacious, well equipped house in a quiet little neighbourhood less than 5 minutes from some of the greatest powder runs in the world. Everything is super accessible by car, but you’ll end up wanting to spend more time in the house - especially since it’s so hard to get restaurant bookings in Niseko. The kitchen is well equipped, a huge dining/living space, and the den is a great place to hang out, watch tv or play Xbox. The onsen in the house was so nice we ended up not going to the paid onsen just up the road. It’s amazing to wake up to the soft sound of snow falling off the roof. Super easy to get into the house - no need to wait for anybody, just get the code and you are good to go.

It was a great staying, must visit next time!
