Behind the building, a 5-second walk, is the northern mountain trailhead of Mt. Moiwa. It's a great time to take a bath right after enjoying the mountain climbing and cool off in the evening on the wooden deck. It is conveniently located about 1.5 km from the nearby ski resort, and has easy access to Jozankei and Lake Shikotsu. We renovated an old farmhouse in a farming village that produces delicious Hokkaido rice as a private hideaway space. We are currently trying to lead the life of a small farmer in a slightly inconvenient environment, and are continuing to improve the facilities. Please enjoy the entire building and the entire premises. You will procure ingredients in the surrounding area, cook rice over a fire, and cook and eat your own meals. Chop firewood, light a fire in a pot, and take a bath with water boiled by yourself. Experience an inconvenient life in such a troublesome accommodation.

This is a renovated traditional house in Shiraoi Town that is a private rental. It is a completely private space with no contact with other guests. You can enjoy a BBQ and campfire in the courtyard. It is great for families with small children and groups. You can reach Mt. Taromayama, Lake Kutaragi, Noboribetsu Onsen, Upopoy Ainu National Museum, etc. in a few minutes by car. It's about an hour by highway to New Chitose Airport. There are many day-use hot springs nearby. Also, restaurants and supermarkets are far away, so I recommend coming by car.

One is outdoors and you can enjoy private time drinking beers, seeing stars. Both are big enough for 3 adults. Hot spa goes around under the floor and fire of wood stove warm you up in winter. Would be able to have relaxing time and good sleep in bed rooms have Japanese traditional tatami and shoji (sliding paper door).

In the jacuzzi bath, you can use hot springs and air blows and jet baths. The semi-open-air bath can be enjoyed by a family (5-6 people). All rooms have central heating and FF-type kerosene heaters (1st floor living room, separate) to keep the rooms warm and comfortable even in winter.

Relaxing house by Lake Toya

The house is located in a quiet natural setting, about 30 seconds from the shores of Lake Toya. It has a spacious living/dining room, two bedrooms, and a Japanese-style room that can accommodate up to 7 people. It is about a 10-minute drive from Toya Onsen Hot Spring Resort and Toya Station. There are no restaurants or stores around. Reservations are generally accepted up to six months in advance, but guests wishing to stay for one week or longer will be given priority.
