As good as before, for the comfort of our stay, Mr. Host deliberately burned the furnace in advance and pushed the door open, wow, so warm.We are honored to book this property again, with the exception of the bathroom that keeps it private, and the other rooms have clean screen windows to regulate themselves, making the rooms airy 24/7 and fresh and refreshing.The host provided a rich variety of daily necessities, fully equipped with tableware and kitchenware, two wide single beds neat and comfortable, one more single bed for laying out covers, daily change of clothes, bath towels, towels, was too convenient.The host also thoughtfully set my own password for both of them, so I'm happy.We don't like the bustling and bustle of the big city, and Otaru's calm and quiet let us come and come again.With friends we share, this home is your go-to.

We had such a great time staying here! We felt right at home and the place was so cozy. The kitchen was fully stocked for easy cooking and the shower/tub was fun.

Overall, it's nice, but some items in the house are too old

The accommodation is very clean, and the kitchen utensils are diverse and pleasant. There was a massage chair, so it was nice to be able to relax, and there were toys for the kids to play with, so it was great. It was nice for 6 adults, including 2 children, to stay, and the driveway was right in front of the house, so it was a great place to stay for a rental car family trip. I would like to thank the kind host and had a comfortable stay.😊

It was the first time to use air b&b in my whole life with my family. I staied Hokkaio Noboribetsu and Furano. They cant be compare with this place cuz spaceous and clean. Close to market to buy stuff and not so far from Susukino staion. Easy to take a train. Uber taxi 12 dollors and normal taxi 8 dollors. 30 mins on foot. Anyhow It is for sure I will come this place agian if I have a chance for being here. Thank you very much.

Convenient drive, close to several ski slopes, wide space

It was a very cozy place that we thoroughly enjoyed staying. Location is good as it is walkable to the Main Street, local supermarket, local eateries and convenient stores; if you can deal with slopes. 😆 Sound insulation was great, especially in the bedrooms. Everything is provided for! Just bring your luggage! Great and private place to rest after a long day, near the attractions yet away from the crowds. We were a family of 5 so we only had access to the main floor. Bigger groups will have more options upstairs. Thumbs up to genuine home stay experience!

Comfortable and flat place like home, two people live more spacious than the hotel, there are some are very convenient, Sapporo Art Mori can walk, there is a 24-hour Family Mart 200m walk, self-catering is very convenient, but remember to bring your own oil and salt seasonings, the house is right next to the road, you can't avoid hearing some cars.

Nihonvita san & Luliia were great host! The moment you step into the house, you feel at home. They provided more than the basic essentials we need from cooking to toiletries. Their service exceeded my expectation and is the best Airbnb throughout my stay in Hokkaido!

It was a little difficult because it was on a hill, but the view was good, and the access to the glass studio was good.

The Host proactively asked and provided pick-up and drop-off services to and from Sapporo Station, so the check-in was very smooth.The host family invited me to dinner on the second night, and although they were not familiar with Chinese and English, we communicated happily.The host provided three bicycles, about 20 minutes from the central tourist area, which greatly facilitated sightseeing and shopping. I went as far south as Nakajima Park.The room is reasonably soundproofed.All in all a great choice.

As a couple, we had an amazing and cozy stay. The host was super friendly and welcoming, and the room was really spacious and had all the fancy stuff you could want. It was so comfortable to stay on level 33 and have a beautiful view of the city.

Maiko and Ryuta are very kind and welcoming hosts. Their house is lovely. We enjoyed our stay.

I am a frequent traveller and stayed in plenty of Airbnbs. This is the best Airbnb that I have stayed in Japan. The condition is even better than the photos, and place is pristine clean and the facilities inside is top class (massage chair, tv with Netflix, kitchen that is well equipped, the heating is great, and the washrooms are perfect). It has the most amazing view, free parking right outside the door, the neighbourhood is safe. It is within a 5 min drive to the high street of Otaru, and within a 15 min walk to nearby restaurants and city center. For people with elderly please note there's a walk up a somewhat steep slope to return home, but if you are driving you can park right outside the door.

We have wonderful vacation here! Highly recommend.

It was helpful to have a lot of facilities rather than the information listed in a good way.

Starchase is a great Chalet a short drive from the base of the Annapuri resort (and is even walkable if you're up for the 15-20 minutes it takes). The house is well set up for a larger group, has a well stocked kitchen with all the utensils, flatware, and tools you need to cook, and is really well maintained and kept by the H2 team. I found the H2 team very helpful and responsive to messages. I shipped skis ahead of me, and they were waiting for me in the Chalet when I arrived, and the team helped hold skis for a Courier to pick them up when I departed. Big thanks for helping take care of all of that! If you're looking for a great place to stay with a large family, or with friends, I absolutely recommend Starchase, and will certainly be back!
