We offer you a bright attic apartment in our three-family house: It is completely renovated and converted into a cozy studio apartment. The apartment is suitable for two people, with a double bed and a sofa bed available. Supermarket, market hall and the city center can be reached on foot in a maximum of 10 minutes. From the hallway of the apartment, the doors to the basement rooms/heating system go off. The hallway must therefore not be locked.

The house is inmidst of green - near the river Neckar, you can have a walk there. The old center of Tübingen or the main station is only 12 minutes by foot or you can go easily with the bus. It is a quiet place, you rest on the terrace or cook in the fully equipped kitchen. It is newly renovated and you can discover many things from the 50ties or 60ties in a modern surrounding.
