Condo vacation rentals in Kuşadası

Cozy apartment, very well equipped with everything you can need, very comfortable beds and the best view left to the old center and right to the sea. The apartment has a private entrance, so you feel like in a tiny house. It is located above a small beach - probably the most pittoresk (and a bit hidden) in Kokkari. Kostas (and his family) is a super friendly and sensitive host! He was always keen to ensure that I felt comfortable and made my stay in Kokkari incredible pleasant. Thank you!

Corina was a wonderful hostess. She went above and beyond to communicate which is extremely helpful when you are new to the area and country. The place was adorable, clean and had all the amenities listed. It was an easy walk to the main street and marina. I would recommend. Two things, which she cannot change and yet may be a concern, the nextdoor apartment's living room window is ~3 feet from the roof top deck. We were quietly enjoying the evening port view, the conversation disturbed the neighbors (a couple advised us the next day). Also, there is a narrow spiral staircase to access the entire place which may be challenging to navigate with babies, seniors, disabilities and\or if you are large.

Het appartement was fantastisch, precies als op de foto's afgebeeld. Prachtig en heel smaakvol ingericht. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig, en meer. Het appartement ligt midden in het levendige Kokkari, maar je hebt vanwege de mooie ligging, geen last van lawaai. Hadi was een fantastische host, heel gastvrij, en heeft ons goede tips gegeven wat restaurants betreft. Ook de geadopteerde kater Tijger was een gezellig extraatje terwijl wij op ons terras zaten. Wij raden het appartement van Hadi zeker aan!!

We originally booked at the Naftilos location which ended up not being what we expected. We were on the ground floor which doesn’t accurately show in the pictures that it is more of a basement vibe. We didn’t have a view of the water and it was very dark. The furniture and fixtures were old and everything was rusted. When we communicated our dissatisfaction with the host they promptly and graciously moved us to their second location down the road. They provided us with transportation and didn’t charge us more. The new location was within walking distance of the beach and was brand new with beautiful fixtures and very clean. I was very pleased with how they accommodated us and their prompt response. I would stay here again because the hosts were great!

Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt. Yota und Ari haben immer gefragt, ob sie uns helfen können oder ob wir etwas benötigen. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und genau so, wie es beschrieben wurde. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen!

Leukste huisje van Samos met het mooiste uitzicht! Iedere ochtend ontbijten in de zon. Perfecte ligging tussen twee baaien. Goede bedden. Superknus huisje. Aardige buren. Weinig wind voor de deur. Rustige ligging. Vanuit het dorp kun je route 21 wandelen door de heuvels om Kokkari, 10 km. Ga niet te vroeg in het jaar, want dan is er nog veel gesloten in het dorpje. Vanaf 1 mei is het meeste geopend. Als ik terugga, boek ik zeker weer dit huisje!

Hadi is one of the friendliest person I've ever met. He gave us a lot of good reccommendations, tips and tricks to use around town. The location of the place is in the heart of Kokkari surrounded with multiple great restaurants, bars and markets. Place itself is really cosy, clean and homelike. 10/10 would reccommend.

Efcharis was a wonderful n kind host. He was very flexible and accommodating with our check-in n check-out times, which we really appreciated. When we arrived he welcomed us personally. He had thought of everything, from a gift bottle of ouzo to snacks for our son and even drinking water. He also provided us with helpful information about Samos, and brochures were ready on the table. The location of the house is just as described, offering a lively spot with a view of Samos town square, yet it is very quiet and peaceful. Restaurants, bars, bakeries, markets, and everything else you might need are within walking distance.The terrace is delightful n if the weather is cool, having a meal at the kitchen table while watching the sea through the window feels truly special. The Wi-Fi speed in the house was more than sufficient. We stayed during a rainy and cold period, but the house was comfortably heated with the air conditioning, and the hot water worked perfectly. Thank you for everthing!

The place was very nice, right in the center of old town Bazar which is the most beautiful area in Kuşadası I believe. Ayşegül was so sweet, nice and helpful. It was clean and nice, lots of bars and restaurants around to have fun. Plus it's close to the port. Definitely recommend it.

The location of the apartment is great. We just walked 5 minutes from the ferry. We didn’t even need to rent a car, it was so central you are in the middle of the city. The sea view is amazing as well. The beaches were 1 minute walk. Overall amazing apartment and host. Sylvia was the best host, she’s very sweet and kind. She even left some drinks and fruit for us in the fridge. I recommend everyone Sylvia’s apartment.

Manolis provided a wonderful apartment & excellent communication. I highly recommend this combo! Parking your vehicle just outside of the port is smart. It’s tight to get your vehicle nearby.

Ev ile ilgili her şey fotoğraflarda ve açıklamalarda olduğu gibiydi. Misafirler için her şey düşünülmüş kendimi evimde gibi hissettim .Benimle iletişime geçen ev sahibi ev ile ilgili bilmem gereken bütün detayları gönderdi girişte hiçbir sorun yaşamadım. İnternetle ilgili sıkıntı oldu fakat kendisi son derece hassas bir şekilde durumu çözmek için elinden geleni yaptı ve kısa sürede çözüldü. Giriş çıkış saati konusunda da yardımcı oldu. Çok pozitif bir deneyimdi. Tekrar teşekkür ederim.

On ne peut trouver plus près et facile de l'aéroport. Vous sortez, traversez le parking, marchez 50 m et vous trouvez tous les parkings de location voitures. Je conseille MANOS (1er parking), un accueil sympa, rapide. 20 m plus loin, vous trouvez un chemin avec un panneau "Stefano Home" et au bout une grande maison avec plusieurs appartements. Le nôtre est au RDC. Les clefs étaient sur la porte, le logement était impeccable. Un petit déjeuner attendait dans le frigo et un cadeau d'accueil sur la table (miel et vin). Tout est en carrelage. Grande salle de bain avec douche italienne. Serviettes et literie impeccables. Machine à laver. Produits d'entretien à disposition. Airco dans séjour et chambre efficace et silencieux. 2 terrasses, table, chaises et nécessaire pour pendre le linge. Tout le nécessaire en cuisine (perco, toaster, bouilloire électrique, grand frigo avec freezer). Maria habite juste à côté. Elle est très aimable, réactive (message sur le site) et parle anglais.

Fijn verblijf met familie in het huis in Psili Amos. Het was lekker rustig vlakbij een zandstrand. Katerina hielp ons erg fijn en altijd meteen! Vriendelijk mensen in de buurt. Ontzettend genoten!

It was a very nice place you stay. I went there with my family and we enjoyed a lot. Only negative thing is there was a bad smell which I think because of moisture. In general the place is very good.
