Evinde konakladığımız için çok memnunuz. Eşim ve kızımla 3 gece konakladık. Çok yorgun geldiğimiz günün gecelerinde sessiz bir uyku çekmek bize çok iyi geldi. Sadece yataklar istediğimiz ölçüde konforlu değildi. Ev temizdi, mutfakta her ihtiyaç vardı. Sahile 10 dk uzaklıkta olmak, her yerin yürüme mesafesinde olması çok güzel. Arabamızı özel otoparka parkedip hiç ihtiyaç duymadan Budva'da gezebildik. Aleksandar çok dost canlısı biri ve ne sorsak hemen cevapladı. Yolumuz tekrar düşerse mutlaka yine burada konaklarız.

Prachtig verblijf! Er zijn 3 appartementen en de eigenares woont op het gelijkvloers. Deze is zeer discreet waardoor als je geluk hebt en de andere twee appartementen niet verhuurd zijn, je het gevoel hebt dat je alleen bent en ook het zwembad helemaal voor jezelf hebt! Echt een topverblijf!

Ev mobilyaları eski ama kesinlikle temiz ve düzenli. Ailece çok rahat kalabilirsiniz. Plajlara yürüyerek 15/20 dakika mesafede. Ev sahibi çok kaliteli ve ilgili biri, her konuda yardımcı oluyor. Bir evden beklentinin bir çocuğunu karşılıyor.

Мы провели здесь 2 недели и нам понравились эти апартаменты: красивый вид с балкона, есть посудомоечная машина, большая кровать, стиральная машина, пылесос, зонтик и полотенца для пляжа, даже ортопедическая подушка 👍🏻 Хозяева оперативно отвечают на все вопросы и помогают. Важный момент: здание находится на горе, так что без машины довольно сложно пешком заходить на гору с покупками или после пляжа, учитывайте это при планировании 👀 крутой подъем в гору. Больше всего из доступных пляжей нам понравился живописный пляж Королевы, ходили туда пешком. Местоположение удачное, по побережью курсируют автобусы, так что мы съездили в разные города.

Everything was great, very spacious, fresh and clean apartment. Wonderful view of the sea from the balcony. There is everything you need, even a beach umbrella. Parking space as an important plus. The beach is literally a minute away, there are many cafes nearby and there is a shop on the embankment. The only minus is a poorly built drain in the shower, water spills all over the bathroom.

The location was perfect, accessible to main places in Kotor. We loved amazing view from balcony and it was exactly as described in the info. The kitchen was full of required stuff and the towels and the sheets were totally clean. We felt like home. The host was so nice and helpful, he gave many local recommendations. If you go to Kotor, I highly recommend to stay at this place!

Kendileri son derece içten ve saygılı idiler. Hiç sıkıntı yaşamadık. Kızımın deniz kolluğunu unutmuştuk nereden alacağımızı sorduk. Kendisi akşama doğru bize hediye etti. Biz onu kullanıp daha sonra başka birine gerekebilir diye tekrardan orada bıraktık. Otopark sorunu yoktu. Kendisine bir konuda özür borçluyuz. Bir meyve bıçağını yanlışlıkla poşetimizde kalmış. Onlara bir ufak meyve bıçağı borcumuz var😅 Her şey için teşekkürler.

I highly recommend this apartment. The large balcony has a fantastic view of the bay of Budva and it's a quick walk down the hill to the old town and Mogren breach. The apartment itself was very clean and has plenty of space with three double bedrooms. The host was very helpful throughout our stay.

Jelena was very hospitable and helpful. She allowed us to check-in early due to an early flight. My 2 year old had a wild time at the large garden and wonderful orchards. The house was the right size and kitchen had all that was needed for family cooking. The house had air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom which was amazing in the August heat. The area around the house is absolutely stunning. Though roads are very tricky, so not great for access through public transport or for inexperienced drivers. Overall we had an amazing time and would love to visit again.

Wir hatten zwei tolle Nächte in der Unterkunft. Ihre Terasse und der Außenbereich sind einfach nur traumhaft. Wir konnten uns gar nicht satt sehen an der tollen Aussicht von Vögel, Pferden, sogar ein paar kleine Schildkröten konnte man neben dem Haus beobachten, wie sie den Berg hoch und runter wandern. Die Kommunikation mit Nikola hat super funktioniert, er hat alles getan, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Und das haben wir. Danke :)

Le chemin pour se rendre au Airbnb est très étroit, prévoir faire la route avant le coucher du soleil. La magnifique vue et la charmante maison en vaut le coût.

A great place to stay, the host was super helpful in any questions we had and flexible with check in times. Nice view of the mountains from the balcony and everything you need in the area. It’s roughly a 30min walk to the Old town and a 15-20min walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend this property

Liebe Marica und lieber Marko, vielen lieben Dank euch noch mal für Ihre Gastfreundschaft und die Möglichkeit, in eurem Haus zu bleiben! Die Lage der Unterkunft ist paradiesisch, dieser Aussicht von dem ganzen Grundstück auf die grünen Berge und Meer ist umwerfend! Wir haben es sehr genossen, draußen auf der Terrasse an dem großen Tisch zu essen (der Tisch ist neu und noch nicht auf den Fotos) und im beheizten Pool zu baden. Das war perfekt. Die Unterkunft besteht aus zwei Häuser. In einem ist ein Schlafzimmer mit Galerie. In anderem gibt es zwei Einheiten jeweils mit separatem Eingang (ein Schlafzimmer in 1. Etage, zwei Schlafzimmer zusammen in 2. Etage). Alle Einheiten haben eigenes Bad. In der Unterkunft ist alles, was man braucht, vorhanden und sogar noch mehr, weil die Besitzer auch selbst da wohnen. Die Zufahrt ist nicht einfach, aber auf jeden Fall machbar, man soll gut Auto fahren können. Marko gibt viele nützliche Tipps und ist sehr hilfsbereit und humorvoll. Viele Grüße

Absolutely amazing AirBnB! Beautiful location, easy to find with good direction by some very responisve hosts. We had some additional request and the host was very accomodating. We got to enjoy the barbeque, some lovely local wines and the amazing view. Honestly could not recommend this airbnb enough! It was an amazing experience. And then with such a low price it is an absolute steal!

Отдыхали 12 дней, очень понравилось! Дружелюбные и отзывчивые хозяева, подскажут и помогут! Хорошо говорят на английском, так же понимают на русском на ура! Отличный вид квартиры, удобное местоположение - до пляжа идти 6-7 минут. Рядом старый город, не шумно, что очень важно! Однозначно рекомендую выбирать это место - если вы хотите посетить городу Будва! Милые и добрые хозяева Игорь и Весна отличные и гостеприимные хозяева! ♥️😊

Nice apartment in a modern house. Location might look a bit far from old town or beaches, but it's not: only 10-15 minutes by foot. Goran was friendly and responded quickly. The shower head was a bit leaking, however this wasn't a problem for me.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement. La description et les photos sont conformes à l'appartement. Ce dernier est très bien placé dans la petite ville de Rijeka (à proximité d'une supérette, des restaurants et de la rivière). Ivana est de très bons conseils pour les restaurants à proximité et est très réactive quand nous avons une question. Elle nous a aussi conseillé de faire une promenade en barque avec son papa au coucher du soleil sur le lac Skadar. Expérience incroyable, que nous vous recommandons vivement ! Vous pouvez réserver votre séjour chez Ivana les yeux fermés.

Parfait. Un peu loin de kotor à pied. Mais nous avions la voiture. Un peu tout terrain mais ensuite c’est parfait. L’appartement est top. Merci.

Kruna and her family were super kind and helpful and their apartment was exactly as described - very clean, new, excellent amenities, well ventilated and amazing views. The price was more than fair and great value! I would recommend her place to anyone visiting Kotor.

Stevo and his wife were very friendly and helpful, and the apartment itself is best of the best, cozy & modern interior, small garden from the kitchen side and just 2 minutes walk to the sea, definitely recommend!

Darko is a really kind and accommodating host willing to go the extra mile for his guests. Although the suite may be small, it's located just a stones throw from old town and the beach front, with lots of options for eating out. Taxis are available from the near by hotel for those wanting to go further afield.
