Apartment vacation rentals in Kuljače

We stayed for 3 nights in this magical place. Vesna, the host, is very welcoming and sweet. She helped us with every question we had. The place itself is a definite WOW! The aprtment is very spacious, full of light and breeze and the view of the bay is nothing less than spactacular. It is quiet and feels like country side just 15-20 min of Budva center, and walking distance from beach. More Specifically, if you are vegetarian or vegan (like my partner :)) her resturant offers super delicious food, cooked with attention to details and full of love- everything is made by her, organic and fresh. Budva doesnt offer almost any vegetarian/ vegan healthy and tasty food so discovering this was the cherry on cake. It you like something different than ordinary crowded hotels and like the airbnb vibe this is the place for you! Vesna, thx alot for making us feel at home ❤️

We stayed as two couples and it was a very comfortable, pleasant stay. A car is absolutely necessary, but the location is wonderful, private, and quiet. Amazing views from the apartment, the patio, and the beautiful seating area above the kitchen! The only thing we wished we'd known before we booked was that the hot tub is €10 per 30 minutes. We had a great time in Rafailovići and Andrea’s apartment was a peaceful and comfortable place to stay with a lovely leafy terrace. Her family were also very friendly and kind. Our young son enjoyed being close to the local beach (you’ll also find lots of bars and restaurants, plus a decent supermarket along the beachfront), and we also enjoyed visiting Budva Old Town and Sveti Stefan using local buses.

Everything about this property was great. The location is perfect, within walking distance to the best parts of town and any amenities you might need. The apartment itself is spacious, with a well equipped kitchen and great views. Best of all our host was very friendly and accommodating, going the extra mile to make us feel at home - Overall a great experience.

Well furnished apartment equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Great location with a supermarket in the building and across the street from the beach. Absolutely fantastic and responsive host who was in touch before and during my stay. Very highly recommended.

Thanks for everything! The place is very good. The apartments are excellent. Everything is new and clean. The sea ie nearby and that is the main advantage. Bus service to Budva is good. The old town of Budva is impressive. Thanks for transfer to Tivat! We are very grateful for everything!

Property looked exactly like the photos and was very clean. Host was friendly and responsive. With a grocery store right downstairs and the sea only a few blocks away, it’s a very walkable location. Definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Sanja’s place. The apartment was well designed, lovely, and clean in about 20 minutes walk from the sea. All necessary amenities were available. Sanja was quick to respond, friendly and very helpful. We arrived at midnight and despite of it she was welcoming to meet us. Would definitely stay there again.

The accommodation is very beautiful, well appointed and equipped. The view from the terrace and pool area is really extraordinary 😍 Sonja and Neno are golden people, as we rarely meet in a lifetime! In short, everything was perfect, thank you again ❤️

The apartment was great for our needs with a lovely view the only downside was the access which was challenging on foot and wouldn’t suit anyone with mobility issues other than that we had a fantastic stay.

I think, it’s the best view on sea, mountains and city in Budva 😍 Perfect location, amazing apartment where you can find whatever you need. Marina is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended ❤️

The photos do not do this place justice 🙌🏻 It is absolutely beautiful and so, so clean. The view from the balcony is 10/10. Pool clean and quiet. The location is perfect - only about a 15 min walk right to all the restaurants and the old town. Also felt very safe at all times. Host was amazing as she sent recommendations for food, sight seeing as well as helpful shortcuts. Would stay here again 😊

I had a great stay! The host was very responsive and helpful throughout my visit, always quick to reply and assist with anything I needed. The place is in a great location — just a 15-minute walk to Budva Beach and the Old Town, which made it super convenient for exploring. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home, perfect location, and wonderful hosts! You feel like you're living in a movie set this home is so gorgeous. Sparkling clean, beautifully furnished and an amazing terrace with a hot tub that sits directly on the bay. You can relax, watch the boats (including cruise ships) make their way through the bay. If you leave the curtains open at night, you can wake to a beautiful view from the large king bed. Kitchen is well equipped and the place is every bit as beautiful as the pictures. The location is great. Just a few steps to the ferry (free for walkers) and you can be on the other side of the bay in 10 minutes. You can easily access everything from this lovely village (Tivat, Kotor, Prerast, Herceg Novi, Porto Novi and Budva) by bus. Finally, our hosts were the best we've ever had. They really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and fun. We hadn't planned to come back but might now just to stay there and see them again. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!

I cannot speak highly enough of Karen. He was the best host we have ever had the privilege of being welcomed by. Nothing was too much trouble. Karen was communicative from the outset, sharing a wealth of local information which was so helpful, he also helped us with restaurant bookings too. Karen went above and beyond, by taking us to the supermarket when we arrived so we'd have a stocked kitchen. Thank you so much! I would urge you to stay at Karen's beautiful apartment if you are considering a trip to Montenegro!

The apartment has everything you need for a family with an infant or toddler, from a crib to baby chair, washing machine and dishwasher. The host was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and felt at home. The only recommendation for the host is to get rid of some of the furniture. When looking for a place, the address didn't show up on Google maps, so please create a pin for your Airbnb, so people can find it easily.

I wish I could give a 6-star rating for Mirjam's communications. She was not only hyperresponsive but also made a sincere effort to anticipate and understand potential needs. I have not seen this level of support before.

Had a great stay at for 2 nights in Budva. Igor’s place is as described on the listing. Very clean easy check in and out and good communication with host. It is within a 10 minute walk into town but a very steep hill on the way back. Would recommend to anyone and would stay there again.
