Very clean and spacious house had a bathroom and tualet in every bedroom and they were very clean and the towels were freshly washed and spotless. The hosts were overly polite and friendly and welcomed us very well and smiling. The location of the house is also very nice and very close to the island of Cunda in a very nice and calm place. When I informed him that I would be coming with my newborn child, they added a crib for us, which made us very happy.

Nikos is a very friendly host and fast in responding. There was an error with a car rental company that supposedly reserved a car for me but he helped me to find another car in the peak season. The fridge had some water, fruits, juice and biscuits and there was also some coffee and sugar that where very helpful upon arrival because it was a national holiday and all stores where closed. The apartment is not the classical modern hotel type of an apartment but it has sturdy furniture and a specific local style of that era and personal taste. All appliances where all functional and especially helpful was the washing machine. The apartment had a better sea view than shown on the pictures and it’s actually very close to a descent beach. I rarely used the aircondition because there is a nice breeze most of the day.The place is quiet and I used it as a base to travel all around the island. The Internet connection was excellent to do online work. Also the neighbors in the complex are friendly

Our stay experience was great! The house was extremely clean and the weather was very nice. The host was very caring and hospitable, they thought about every detail and did their best to make us comfortable. We really felt at home. We are definitely thinking of coming back!

It met all our needs. We had a very pleasant time with my daughter and a small breed dog. The house is very nice, within walking distance to the sea, the sea is very nice. There is a very nice neighborhood. There is a bazaar market near the house. During our stay, Ms. Ayşe was in constant contact. We were able to meet immediately when we had a question. We had a peaceful holiday experience surrounded by nature. The garden was both comfortable and quite clean. Our children had a very fun few days, Mr. Kadir and his wife did whatever it took for our comfort. 5 min walk to the sea and parks, the area is calm and peaceful. My only problem was the mosquitoes, they hide inside the house during the day and show up at night, it is necessary to use effective fly repellents. Mr. Kadir has olive gardens, we also bought olives at a price far below the market. Thank you
