Ms. Nevay has never interrupted her interest and interest in us since the day we first made the reservation. We reached the house comfortably thanks to the flexibility it provides during our check-in and check-out times and the directions it provided us from Izmir, where we departed. It was a great chance for us to stay in the historic Greek house with such a beautiful ambiance at a very affordable price. The cleanliness and hygiene of the supplies were great. Even though we took our vacation in a cold time of Ayvalık, heating conditions and hot water transportation were quite sufficient, we never got cold. We had a great pleasure having our morning coffee in this house with a sweet garden. We recommend everyone to stay in this wonderfully designed house, where you will feel at home, and there is no lack of equipment. In addition, thank you for the warm welcome of Mr. Erkan, who delivered the house to us, for their help in finding a parking spot for our vehicle. We would love to be their guests again 🥰

Gizem is an exceptionally friendly and communicative warmhearted woman. She gave us many great recommendations. The apartment was beautiful and colorful and we felt at home. The location is perfect and after we found it very easy to get to and no problem at all also at night to walk home. She had us informed very clearly that it was narrow to get to by car and given all the instructions. Our google map couldn’t find it and we searched quite a time until the neighborhood helped us. After that it was very easy! Thank you for a wonderful time and we highly recommend her!

Beautiful home in a cozy and calm area near the sea. It is also easily accessible 10-15minutes from the center. We also had no problems communicating with the host. So we had a very nice vacation.

Mr. Ahmet and Ms. Kader are amazing people. Everything was in line with the photos and descriptions. A very peaceful, safe and amazing view that we can't wait to come back as soon as possible. The house is as seen in the pictures. The hosts are very sweet people. The location is great. Internet may not be enough for long stays. The bedroom may be a little cold for winter stays. It is necessary to bring the water heater before entering the bathroom. It is nice to use the garden and have a barbecue. Thank you for everything

We had a very comfortable stay at the accommodation. The house was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated with a charming Greek-style atmosphere. The location was excellent — just about a 5–10 minute walk to the main street. It was situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, yet only a few steps away from convenient facilities, which was one of the best parts. Communication with the host was very smooth. They were kind and responded quickly to any questions, which made our stay feel safe and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare simple meals, and having a nearby supermarket (Sok) was very convenient. Due to the nature of Cunda Island, the alleyways are very narrow and cobblestone-paved, so driving directly to the accommodation can be a bit challenging. However, we used a nearby paid parking lot, so it was not a problem at all! Other than that, everything was seamless and satisfying.

The accommodation is perfect, well located on the island of Cunda. Very close to the port and hiking trails. Halil made himself available for recommendations for good restaurants. In addition to that, he allowed us to barbecue in our part of the garden by lending us his.

Very peaceful and carefully selected items were used. We had a good 3 days. We would prefer to come to Cunda again
