The apartment's balcony has a phanomenal view over the harbour and further south. Sunrise and sunset looked amazing. Everything that Mytilini has to offer is within walking distance and there are plenty parking lots within 100m at the harbour. When i needed something, the host provided it asap. I enjoyed my stay very much.

A very nice house right in the old town of Ayvalik. Everything is within walking distance in no time. It's very quiet - except for the morning wake-up call by the muezzin. Since it is located in the middle of the tangle of winding old town alleys, it is a little difficult to find the first time. But Sinem guides you reliably and personally to and from. It has a private courtyard and is very well equipped.

I really don't know where to start, but I can say that it's clearly and by far my best and most comfortable Airbnb experience ever. In addition to being a good host, Ms. Belgin and Mr. Emin are great and beautiful people with all their sincerity. In fact, I can summarize that we are more glad to have met them than staying in a house like this and having a vacation. Due to another last-minute canceled reservation, we were homeless while we were on our way to Cunda, and even though our arrival time was 02:00 at night, they even met us with a smiling and informative house tour with Mr. Emin at that time. You can really feel at home rather than a normal vacation home or a hotel room. Very clean, spacious, overly peaceful and with everything you need. It's also incredible comfort that it's really 50 meters from the sea. Thank you forever for everything, see you again.

First of all, the house and interior design were very nice. The items were complete and flawless, a house where you can just go with your personal belongings and live without feeling anything missing. The interior was very clean, the rooms were tidy. The kitchen and the bathroom was sparkling clean. A home where you'll never have a problem with cleanliness and order. The location of the house is in the center of Ayvalik. It's also very close to the beach and very close to historical places. It's very easy to get to restaurants and cafes. The tradesman has very good communication and is helpful. There is a paid parking lot just across the house, and you can park there right away when you arrive with your personal vehicle. The host, Ms. Kübra and her daughter Ezgi, are very friendly, very understanding and very sweet people. They were very supportive of me, even with a health problem I had, they wounded me. I think it's a great luxury to stay in good people's homes with high communication skills. Overall, the stay was very pleasant and a house I would prefer if I come again.

The apartment is very nice with a wonderful view on a garden where they host some events (poetry reading, classical music concerts) that can be enjoyed from the balcony. Mistegna is a nostalgic seaside village living in the 80s. We spent a week and thoroughly enjoyed it. The house is 10 meters from the sea and has a small beach with pebbles. The house has almost everything you need for a short vacation. Anastasia is a good host. Highly recommend

The apartment is extremely attractive for those who want to have a family vacation with its private and well-maintained garden, its view overlooking the sea, an airy location on a hill overlooking Edremit Bay, its spacious living room, useful kitchen, proximity to various grocery stores and shops, easy access to Bağlarburnu Beach, where you can both reach under the olive trees and enter the water. It was very easy to communicate with Mr. Orhan. She was quick to respond to my messages, gave useful advice for places to visit and activities to do, and was available to help when needed.
