The place Our house is 12-15 min away by walking to the center of Ayvalik. You can reach the center by taking a pleasant walk through the historical streets of Ayvalik. It is 15 minutes away from Cunda Island and Sarımsaklı beaches by car. There is easier parking place than the center of Ayvalik in our location. Our house has 1 bedroom, 1 double bed and an L armchair that can be opened in the living room. However, it can accommodate up to 4 people. If you stay in this centrally located place, you'll be close to everything as a family.

It is a decent place located 50 meters from the beach and the pier, has a private parking and an electric vehicle charging station, has a grocery store, a greengrocer and a bus station right in front, where you can enjoy a barbecue in the garden, away from the noise.

I decorated myself considering every detail inside the house and was always inspired by Ayvalık. My house, which feels the highland vibe, is located in the village of Ayvalık-Tips. It is 18 km from Gömeç, 25 km from Cunda or 30 km from Sarımsaklı, although it is in the village.
