Beach house vacation rentals in Ksamil

"A little slice of heaven by the sea." We loved our stay at Yalos Beach house. it is a charming cottage, set in a beautiful garden with direct access to the sea. Caroline, the concierge was very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for her. Had daily visits from a local friendly cat whom we named Nero It is a lovely walk to Kassiopi through the olive groves , where there are lots of cafes, restaurants and bars. The interior of the house has a coastal/ beach theme and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped in case you feel like cooking, and there are lots of games ,books etc to keep you entertained. At night you can watch the twinkling lights of Albania across the water. We have no hesitation in highly recommending Yalos Beach house to others. Thank you Christina for sharing your much loved family home 🏡

Shqiponja's place was spotless and has a very clean energy. It feels better than the pictures. Shqiponja is a very attentive host. She lives close-by and if there is ever an issue she addresses it immediately. Spot is a 3-5 minute walk depending on how fast you are. Great restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Private garden with plenty of basil. The apartment also receives a good amount of sun through the windows during the day when the sun is out. Thanks for everything Shqiponja!

Excellent stay! The host and her mother were incredibly kind and responsive to all our needs. Also you can’t beat the location- close to boardwalk and the port. Highly recommended

Rei was a great host. Helped us out with parking as well. The place itself had great amenities. He was helpful and gave good recommendation for food. All amenities worked as described. Great location as well and in walking distance of most places.

Ari es muy amable y muy servicial. Tiene llegada flexible y está pendiente. Es una persona simpática. El apartamento tiene una cocina que te permite cocinar porque tiene todo lo necesario. El piso es caluroso pero te deja dos ventiladores. Entra mucha luz de fuera, no tiene persianas. El barrio es sencillo, las calles son muy estrechas y empinadas. Pero el apartamento es muy limpio.

Great apt in an ideal location, beach and cafes and shops all within walking distance. Free street parking. Very responsive host and super kind mother who helped with our laundry. Great spot!

This is the second time I have stayed at Vivi’s place, and once again it exceeded expectations. Vivi is a delight ! She’s warm and helpful, and always available to make your stay even better. The accommodation is exactly as stated and is comfortable with all the amenities. Literally less than 20 metres before your feet are in the sea ! The beach is made of small pebbles not sand, so if you have sensitive feet like me, bring aqua shoes.

We had an amazing stay! The view was absolutely stunning, and it made the whole experience so relaxing. The peace and quiet of the place was exactly what we were looking for—it felt like the perfect escape. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Dora was great and made everything easy for us, she explained everything, gave us recommendation what we could do and we got little goodbye presents so we wont forget the island. We really enjoyed our time here and would love to return!

This home was absolutely beautiful!! The pictures do not do it justice! The view was incredible and the home itself was very inviting and comfortable. The fridge was stocked with goodies and the hosts were very kind and responsive! I can’t wait to come back! I highly recommend this home ❤️

Красивая вилла с безумно красивым видом, и очаровательным двориком. Дорога к самой вилле только для опытных водителей. Общение с владельцами прошло очень легко и не принудительно. Нам подсказали открытые рестораны в округе вне сезон и помогали со всеми сопутствующими вопросами. Рекомендую 🥰

An amazing location, the view is stunning, quiet, the house is very nice, perfect for a family of 4. Everything was very clean, bathrooms are really nice, very comfortable, you have everything that you need for a good week. The kids loved the pool. Beds are comfortable, terrasse is great to enjoy the weather and the view even if it’s not summer. A very good place to enjoy Kerkyra. It is recommended to have a car, even there is a regular bus in front of the house but you will need to walk to the different beaches. The host answers every question within few time, and welcomes us very nicely. We can only recommend!

Die Unterkunft war genial! Auf ca. 180 m Höhe inmitten einer Olivenplantage mit einer wunderbaren Sicht über die große Bucht bis nach Korfu Stadt. Das Haus, der Pool, alles Bestens. Die Ausstattung ist top und würde ich als gehoben bezeichnen. Von den direkten Nachbarn im (baugleichen) Nachbarhaus sieht man so gut wie nichts, man ist absolut ungestört und ungesehen. Die Zufahrt zur Unterkunft ist machbar, man sollte sich aber auf Steigungen von ca. 25% gefasst machen. Bäcker und kleiner Supermarkt einfach den Berg runter (5 min mit dem Auto). Genauso zahlreiche Tavernen, bei diesen haben wir nach Google Maps Bewertungen ausgesucht und lagen immer sehr gut. Ein kleiner Strand (ca. 30m, Kies) gibt es in 7 min mit dem Auto. Ein großer Strand gibt es in 10 min mit dem Auto (ebenfalls Kies). Als Begrüßung gab es paar Snacks, Wasser und eine Flasche Wein. Super nette Vermieterinnen! Alles in allem eine sehr erholsame Woche!

Wir haben zwei Wochen im Avlaki Cottage gewohnt und waren wirklich begeistert! Die Unterkunft war sehr ordentlich und gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles ist schön hell und einladend. Die Außenanlage war wirklich super schön und das große Gelände voll von Oliven-, Feigen- und Zitronenbäumchen. Der Pool, den man nur für sich alleine hat, war zwar Mitte/Ende Oktober ziemlich kalt, aber reingesprungen wurde trotzdem immer wieder mal. Auf dem Gelände lebt auch eine Katze, die uns mit ihrem Miauzen immer schön unterhalten hat :) Nur den Weg runter ist man direkt am Meer mit traumhaften Wasser. Auch die Nähe zu Kassiopi war toll und der Norden Korfus insgesamt wunderschön. Leider ist nur der Weg zur Unterkunft hin ziemlich holprig und die Waschmaschine hat bei uns nicht funktioniert. Bei Fragen wurde uns immer geantwortet und auch sonst fanden wir den Service mit Bettbeziehen und Handtüchern sowie kleine Goodies in Form von Wasser, Bier und Crackern toll. Wir kommen gerne jederzeit wieder

O espaço responde totalmente aquilo que dizem oferecer. Tivemos uma estadia sem qualquer percalço e o anfitrião foi muito flexível no check-in (chegamos às 2h da manha) e check-out!

Clean and very nice location to enjoy ksamil beach life

Un logement à moins de 10 minutes à pied du centre et de la plage qui correspond parfaitement aux photos. Possibilité de garer la voiture à l’intérieur ou devant la maison dans la rue bien pentue. A seulement 10 min en voiture de Butrint donc parfait pour aller visiter.

The location was great, close to the beach - 5 minutes, we had everything we need for our stay. There was a restaurant across the house (john guesthouse) where the food was great and good prices. One thing to mention, in the living room, the sofa is expandable so there was enough room to sleep there as well.

Estuvimos súper a gusto en la casa, habitaciones con camas grandes y baño propio. Lo mejor, la zona de fuera con hamacas, piscina y barbacoa, no dudaremos en repetir si volvemos a Sarande
