Apartment vacation rentals in Ksamil

Lauretta was an amazing host, very responsive and sweet. Basically made sure we were taken care of. The location was quite literally perfect close to all the fun places in both Saranda and Ksamil. Our stay was a 10/10

We (me and a friend) spent the last weekend of MAY 2025 in this lovely apartment. The place is very nice and it was also very clean. To sum it all up: Everything is like in the pictures from the advertisement and Lorik and Leart were very helpful. We highly recommend a stay in this flat while visiting Saranda.

We had a lovely stay at Arsen's, who was very responsive, and we appreciated the kindness of his mom, who welcomed us. Well located apartment, with a superb sea view.

100% recommendation. The apartment was very well equipped, large and the view wonderful. We walked to the promenade every day and got stuck in great bakeries and restaurants on the way. The path is quite long and you always discover new things. In the immediate surroundings of the property is still being built, many buildings are still empty and there is some trash around. But the apartment is in a new building, not all units seem to be rented yet, so it was quite quiet. From the river, a quiet or constant noise comes depending on the water level. We had 2 noisy and 2 quiet days. A supermarket big market is 500 meters away and seems to be new, fresh fruit and vegetables can be found further towards the promenade. The bus station to Ksamil is at the Planet supermarket. We felt very comfortable in the apartment and would come back here anytime!

Aneta's place was great with amazing views out to the sea and a beach a short walk away. I look forward to coming back to Albania and Aneta's place.

Dritan is a great host who cares about the hospitality, installation and well-being of these guests The bedding is excellent and the bedrooms are spacious Attentive to our expectations, he is concerned that our stay is the best in the world We recommend it without hesitation

Daniel and Anna are really good hosts and communication was great, easy and fast! I can only highly recommend the appartment when staying in Sarande! Very clean, modern, very comfortable beds, nice views, quiet and easy parking in front of the house! We would come back again :)

We had a nice time in Marek's nice and complete apartment! The center of Sarandë was easily walkable and we had a stunning view to the sea and corfu! All in all, only positive and we definitely recommend this apartment. :)

The place was great, thank you so much! We arrived, greeted by Blerina who is very kind and always available if we have any questions! The accommodation is extremely clean and very functional (lots of storage, necessary amenities and wifi), located not even 10 minutes from the center on foot. The cottage is in a very quiet area, where it's nice to live. I thank you for your responsiveness when we needed it. The value for money is just perfect 😊

Perfect location close to Ksamil but not loud. Very nice beaches around. Christin and her families hospitality were second to none and I highly recommend this Airbnb.

Beautiful studio with a nice balcony, comfortable bed and sweet host. We could even leave our luggage before check-in. Highly recommended for a short stay in Sarande!

Nice apartment and good accommodation with great sea view and access to pools. Only was given one key for a group of 8 which was inconvenient and no replacement toilet paper

Almario was very responsive and helpful, the Airbnb itself was super clean, exactly like in the pictures, amazing views of the sea with surrounding mountains so worth staying in, lots of restaurants, supermarkets nearby, all attractions in and around sarande are easily reachable by drive, parking was an issue but there are lots of paid parking lots and if lucky one might get free parking on the road side, would definitely stay again if we come back, please have international adapter for charging as the plugs are not compatible but lucky for me Almario helped with a spare adapter, also sarande looks similar to Amalfi coast but affordable 😍

Really great apartment with a great location

Kristina's apartment is very clean and even more beautiful than in the photos. You feel very comfortable. The apartment is quietly located. Nevertheless, everything you need is in close proximity. We got lots of tips and recommendations for things to do in the surrounding area from Kristina.

The apartment was a 5min walk to the beach, it had a beautiful view and was super peaceful. We loved our stay and will definitely go back!!

Great apartment with a beautiful sea view, the only problem was the location, strictly the problem of the city!!! Clean, tidy apartment, you need to eat everything + parking is no less important in this city!!! The host is great, a person with a big letter I recommend if you are not afraid of long walks on the street

Artin and his family were lovely hosts. There is plenty of privacy while it was also reassuring that his family was close by if needed. Artin brought us some delicious ripe figs our first morning there. A great place.

Awesome. All is new, clean and beautiful. The beach is just ten steps away:) The water is cristal clear. We felt welcomed. Lerti and her family were very kind to us and all people there were very nice and helpful. Overall, excellent experience. We will defintely visit again

The place was great, with stunning sea views. Everything was very clean and nicely decorated. The hot tub was also great. In the area, you have a supermarket that is only 3 minutes away on foot. The beach is also a few minutes' walk away, where there are also bars and restaurants. I highly recommend it, we had a great time. Thank you

Me and my girlfriend had an amazing stay at Justyna’s apartment. She met us on arrival, took the time to give us a tour and was very clear and responsive with communication. The area is beautiful, with a very handy shop downstairs with the most delicious fresh fruit that we helped ourselves to every morning. Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting.

Sojana was a great host! So helpful. She helped me with my luggage, spoke to the taxi driver for me and ordered a cab for me on my last day. The apartment was perfect and very comfortable. I would stay again when back in Saranda :)
